The outlet is located in a good area with very spacious parking, which is definitely a positive. Almost all liquor brands are available, and they accept Google Pay, cards, and cash, which makes the purchase process convenient. There are two counters – a normal counter (usually very crowded) and a premium counter (moderately busy).
However, the overall atmosphere is disappointing. The place is extremely crowded, noisy, and feels poorly managed at peak times. Parking becomes uneven due to the rush, and the surroundings often feel chaotic. The loudness and restless crowd make the experience unpleasant. It would be much better if customers maintained better discipline and if crowd management was improved. A little order and cleanliness could completely change the impression of the place.
There is also a “touchings” shop in front selling snacks like mixtures, nuts, pickles, soda, water, and chicken fry. While most snack items are decent, I strongly do not recommend the chicken fry. The quality was very poor, and it did not feel fresh or well-prepared. If you’re buying snacks, it’s safer to go for mixed nuts or pickled items instead.
The staff dealings were generally okay, and billing was smooth. The main issue is the crowd behavior and overall atmosphere, which needs improvement. With better management and responsible customer behavior, this place could offer a much better experience.

Heavy rush/queque on weekends evening time and festivals.etc,... If 1 or 2 counters open during that time, it will help a lot and save time

Dirty location with big foul smell of rotten things along with bird droppings.  This outlet is in the premises of supplyco godown and beside a wet land.  Very poor stock.  Local drinkers abuses the grand grandfather's of the managers due to poor stock.  The foul smell is horrible.

Their must be a barricades want for the Q. Have plenty of Parking space for the customers

It's always crowded but if you really want to buy some liquor then you can prefer this place or you can choose thrikkunnapuzha premium outlet .

Harippad is a town but there is no premium counter. It is very difficult to stay in the q during the rainy season.

Big Car parking area, It's a warehouse, so Don't think about scarcity of alcohol
