I had a really disappointing experience at the Jio store near my place. There was only one employee present, and he was incredibly unhelpful. He refused to assist me with a simple service request, claiming that the store didn’t have the necessary equipment. To make matters worse, I was forced to visit another store for change during heavy rain because they couldn’t provide change for a ₹500 note.

The situation was so poorly managed that I had to settle for a lower recharge amount because of the lack of change. When I requested help with installing a Jio SIM into my JioFi, the employee once again refused, citing insufficient equipment in the store.

Overall, this was a pathetic experience, and I expect much better service from a Jio store. This kind of lackluster customer service and basic resources is unacceptable.

Most inconvenient staffs,They were showing extreme attitude towards the customers.I recommend,the guy who has the responsibility to manage there staffs should train them. How to attend their clients politely. Especially   Mr.prem Lal is the one who should get a better training more than anyone.

If the store is closed, it should be mentioned in the map. I couldn't find any open store near me. And the shops in this area told me that this shop was no longer working.

Very bad experience,  purchased an AC and with in 3 months complaint arised. Installation is very poor , not fixed it properly, no servicing done yet. Called several times in store . Always says excuses and give some one else numbers . If you call again they will not answer . Very very poor coustomer service. Not recommended at all.  Worst shopoing experience ever.

I had one of the best service in my life which I am never going to forget. Had gone today to convert my sim into e-sim as i had bought a new cell phone. Hence i called Jio customer care and they provided me address of this store.
For this procedure i had first gone to a jio store near civil station first and the guy was very rude and declined service. I was very disappointed then and decided to come to this branch.
When i reached here it was closing time. And the executive in this shop was about to turn off light while i was stepping in. I asked him whether i can convert my sim to e sim today. And he politly said its closing time. I said i was coming from 14km away. Seeing disappointment in my face, he said he shall do it then itself. And a million thanks to him for his kind heart. Within 10 minutes he completed the procedure and my e-Sim got activated. Executives like him would make Jio proud.
Again a million thanks to executive Mr. Ebin Elias. Made my day ❤
