I purchased two T-shirts yesterday from R&B Alappuzha... The fabric quality is good, the designs are nice, and the fitting is perfect. Staff were helpful and the overall shopping experience was smooth. Happy with my purchase

R & B is a gem! Huge collection of dresses for ladies, kids, and men. You'll love it.  Staff, especially Swathi are super helpful and friendly .

One suggestion: please set up a proper dining area for your staff. Saw them having lunch on the staircase  - they deserve better. Take care of them, they're the backbone of your business.

Kudos to R & B team! Will definitely recommend and come back.

I had a wonderful experience at R&B Alappuzha. The staff member Ajesh truly went above and beyond. I reached the store around 9:45 PM, just before closing time at 10, but he had absolutely no problem helping me. He patiently assisted with my purchase and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.
Ajesh and other 2 billing staff has a great personality, provides excellent service, and treats customers with genuine respect. Really appreciate his dedication and positive attitude.
