We don't eat onion and garlic so management here run by Deepak Yadav ji handled it very well and made sure we had best quality jain and swaminarayan food available. Head chef sachin made a very tasty food. All the staff members are great specially Ruman who took care of us handled our request the best way possible in the evening also did fantastic hospitality. Must go.

It was a really good experience at Celestial Inn, especially for a solo female traveller. It was a safe, clean and comfortable hotel. The locality was pretty decent and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Since it's a newly built property there was just a slight smell of polish in my room but I soon got accustomed to it. Would still recommend the place. A good deal at a good price.

During my stay at Celestial Inn, Prayagraj, I was deeply disappointed to see how neglected the property has become. However, the entire experience was redeemed by one exceptional person — Ms. Upasana Sharma, Manager of Housekeeping. She is truly a gem of the hospitality industry, displaying unmatched dedication, warmth, and professionalism. Despite limited resources, she ensured every aspect of our stay — from cleanliness to food arrangements — was handled with care and perfection. Her sincerity and commitment are rare and commendable. Celestial Inn is fortunate to have such a devoted and capable individual upholding its reputation.

Very dirty hotel. Sheets were not changed. It had blood like stains and lower body human hair. Floor was not swept and mopped. Tables were not dusted and everything was just yucky. I request users not to book this hotel because their hygiene is very bad.

My stay in the hotel from 01/11/2025-02/11/2025 stay was excellent. The hotel is located on the main Malviya Road in George Town of Prayagraj and is approximately 3 kms. from the railway station. The reception desk staff and hotel staff is very nice and helpful.My  deluxe Room was found spacious. The bed linens and the washroom were neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast and the dinner were found excellent.

I recently stayed at this hotel I feel this hotel to be worse hotel in prayagraj I usually visit prayagraj for my personal metting Literally no one is listening my order and I got cold tea in my breakfast I told to replace but no one listen me It took 30 minutes to get replace and one more thing geyser was also not working.I have paid this amount for this  facility. No proper management in the hotel if you want to stay choose wisely this hotel

Good location on a quite street.Stayed in family room that was quite spacious. They were accomodating in providing late checkout. Service needed to be better as we had to contact them multiple times for same items. Otherwise a plesent experience.

Hotel is very neat and clean. Due to this I had check out other hotel and check in this hotel. All the staff are very humble in nature special thanks to upasana madam. She is very cooperative.

Worst stay. No one attends to customers requirements. Dirty rooms, not cleaned after previous check out. Cold food items and that too not on time. All services delayed.  Holiday spoiled.
