Dead weight testers are the basic primary standards used world wide for the accuratecalibration of Pressure Gauges. Dead Weight Testers are ideal for testing andcalibrating Pressure gauges, Transducers, Recorders, Digital Pressure Calibrators etc. Thesystem used in the Dead Weight Tester is vertically mounted precision lapped piston andcylinder assembly. Accurately calibrated mass are loaded on to the piston, which rises freelywith in its cylinder. Single cylinder pump is used to build the pressure at very high rate. Thewhole system is mounted on the base plate provided with four leg screws for level adjustment.The system is covered by stainless steel enclosure to give elegant look to the system. Pressureports are brought out to connect the test gauge. UniqueAcrylic see-through oil tank is designedto use it as oil reservoir. Over loading protection for test gauge is provided by leaking the oilinternally, so that the over flow oil goes back to the oil reservoir.
