Recently visited Bikaner Sweets and was pleasantly surprised by their Lal Mirch Achar dish. The balance of spiciness and tanginess was spot on, and the achar added a unique and delicious twist to the dish. Being someone who prefers healthy options, I was impressed by the fresh ingredients used in their dishes.
