To much colour used in Schezwan rice. Taste was good but colour is to much

Chicken pieces is too hard to chewing
I recently tried The Engineer's Kitchen and was blown away by their Paneer Manchurian. As someone who prefers spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the spice level and flavour of the dish. The paneer was cooked to perfection and the accompanying vegetables added the right amount of crunch. I love trying different cuisines and this restaurant definitely stands out with their delicious and authentic dishes. I highly recommend The Engineer's Kitchen if you're a fan of spicy food. I recently visited The Engineer's Kitchen and had a great experience! In particular, I tried their Chicken Chilli and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying, tasty meal.
