Photography charges are already included in annual school fees, yet only group photos are being provided. Individual photos, which were standard earlier, are now charged separately—making the process feel more commercial than service-oriented.

Parents are asked to pay extra for photos and videos of their children’s performances, which comes across as emotionally driven business rather than a professional offering. The overall quality does not justify the additional charges.

The staff behavior was unprofessional, and the tools used for data sharing are outdated. Even after providing our own storage device, we were asked to purchase another one, which is unacceptable.

Overall, a poor experience. Schools should consider more ethical, modern, and parent-friendly photography vendors.

The service is good. The staff are experienced and they know what they are doing. But the owner is not polite. I'm giving less stars because I'm not comfortable with his attitude.

I went here at 9.45pm to have an urgent passport size photo and they were about to close their shop, but they had not denied and helped me.

Good for passport photo are other basic stuff but not for marriage functions....These guys don't take ang effort in editing the videos....they just combined all the videos they had and compiled a lot of cringe stuff too...either they have no sense or understanding of how to make marriage videos or they are just too lazy and incompetent. Very disappointed and also the cameraman was drunk while shooting but thankfully he didn't misbehave and spoil the mood.

They are one of the quality photo labs at AMBERNATH. The service is good and you may rely on them truly without worries for customised photo sizes. The shop is multipurpose and not just about photos but souvenir also you can make out as per your needs.  Charges do vary based on your requirements but the final product is certainly a quality product.  Shop is clean and well managed by trustworthy staff.  Although the entrance is always blocked by parked cars or two wheelers. Always keep in mind to keep the editing to yourself and bring the final product to them or if you want them to assist you with editing it is charged and you must give them adequate time for the same. Explain them everything how you want to see in the outcome,  they will understand you out and deliver the best possible quality product to you.

The best photo studio ever in ambernath (e). I had printed most of the albums and clicked  lots of photos from the studio. Quality, service was very perfect. Photographers are also very professional . Overall all good.

Rupam color lab only digital photo studio in ambernath east. It is having its own printing house, very fast and accurate service provider of all photography and album related work. Timely service and quality is assured.

Rupali color lab and digital studio is situated in Shiv Mandir Road, Kansai Section, Ambernath, Maharashtra 421501. I have went there numerous times for passport size photographs. Service is quite fast and staffs are at least attentive. The cleanliness of the shop is okay okay!! There are some source of improvement required but all together the shop is good if you want your in short span of time.

This is the biggest fraudster in town. I got my marriage videography done from him, the deal was fixed for HD quality 1080. I was surprised  when the owner gave me 720 quality video.
When I asked him to charge for inferior quality the owner clearly blackmailed me. "Lene hai toh lo nahi toh jao, 720 is full HD yeh aapko nahi pata hoga".
The owner is a big cheat. Same day when I went to collect my album, a lady came at shop for some issue related poor quality of work. Now, not to my suprise she was also helpless as already a large advance was paid.
Beware of such cheaters.
One can opt for otherr studio,there are many other photo studio in Ambernath.

Worst person ever. They have cheated us multiple time. Not at all honest, and very unprofessional. They told that they will create an album for a maternity shoot and given all the photos in the old used envelope. Worst service.

Costly, even they charging 20rupess extra for giving soft copy. And not giving response to customer call. Bad customer service. The two landline numbers provided are ringing and no one attending the call... But the quality is good, I request rupam to provide a satisfactory service.

Worst service ever.. doesn't deserve to be on google as well! Poor service, nobody responds to calls, no proper price format (they charge looking at the customer) also they have no knowledge about a Polaroid photo😂

Don't have politeness in their talk. Don't know How to talk to a women or any other person. Please go to another studio as there are number of studios available don't go to these fools.

A very good and authentic photographer's shop, undertakes all photographs and printing works plus nice frameworks.

Costly. They even charges extra for softcopy. They will not give soft copy if you are not taking print of that pic.

Every time when I visit here for any work related to photography. This place never disappoints me.
