I recently visited Mathura Chat and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious vegan options. The Gol Gappa Chaat with Bhel Puri and Papri Chaat were especially good. Their chaat was bursting with flavor and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. I appreciated that they had a separate vegan menu and the staff was knowledgeable about the ingredients in each dish. It's always a pleasure to find a restaurant with great plant-based options, and I highly recommend Mathura Chat to all my fellow veg
