Utterly disappointed with staff behaviour. Female staff near trial room is rude and showing attitude. When taking pics she mentioned photos were not allowed which we stopped at single pic with her mention. Later when asked genuinely reason for no pics as it's allowed anywhere else like banglore, hyderabad or gandhinagar, Ahmedabad she responded you can talk with store manager. She also reminded us again and again when we came to try later which felt bad and also asked where one dress went multiple times searching around kind off even though we submitted, its like blaming you stole something.. so we didn't buy even though we liked clothes..Seriously there are multiple shops around..never expected this from max. 0 stars are best suited for the experience

Once it had good products but not now, dont buy jeans especially Max merchandise ones

Visited Max today and was quite disappointed with the collection. Nothing seemed too appealing, and I’ve been looking for bag charms for a long time now — they haven’t been available in the store for ages. It really seems like the stock isn’t being updated regularly.

Not satisfied by staff as they are not updating the offers and price on playcards, without knowing this we are buying the product on offer by seeing the display playcard and at the time we are paying the bill they are charging another price. By this we can conclude  as they are cheating on us. Here they charged 199 at 2 products but at billing they are charging 249 each

Staff is not good in response...and there is jo parking,no watchmen staff says we need to park car in the road after bikes ...which means on the road itself

Located in a good place.  Good service.  Cost wise comparatively normal

All varieties are available here for both men and woman. Best prices and quality too. I recommend this mall for shopping.

for some items bills not giving . telling bill gives on mobile ..but not coming .  may be they are manipulating..

Please everyone becareful after going to max ,because they r adding max elite offer in bill without asking customer permission ,i told them dont add offer ,they told no we r not adding ,but they add 250 extra of max elite in our bill pls chk after billing i checked and giving review .becareful they r dng fraud taking money from customers.

There is good collection of clothes when compared to Hyderabad. Like it. Very organised and hygiene.

The staff at the billing counter didn't remove tags..I didn't check though when I went next time to get it removed,I was asked for the bill.It was their mistake and upon that they were trying to blame us

Bought a couple of pants and shirts, they look good so far.

I had visited this store during Covid-19 restrictions. Due to Covid-19 restrictions trail room was unavailable. After discussion with store manager, they suggested we shortlist clothes and their sales representatives would get them home for home trails. That was a relief. The staff was courteous and billing was also accurate though the billing was done before me.

This was recently launched in Anantapur and I'm really happy about it. I used to prefer reliance earlier but now I have more options to explore because of this. The rates are moderate and does make your pockets burn. Also more variety of apparels are available to explore and you won't get disappointed.
