I booked 2 twins rooms via Booking.com for 5 guests, which included Breakfast. However, when the guests asked for the breakfast, the staff said that their system doesn't include breakfast. I tried to convince the staff but he never understood my request. Moreover, the rooms do not have warm water in their shower. I'll not recommend this particular hotel for anyone.

Everything was a mess there dirty rooms no romm service the fact is when u ask them for water they will give you bottles and will add to your checkout bill and if you take 10 -20 bottles they will say that you have ordered 100-150 bottles full thieves , even in chai they will say 100 -70 chai pi hain not giving exact number , wow why agreat service , and the toilets ewwwww sucks no cleaning nothing , if we ask for cleaning they clearly say we don't , the food for ex ,:- 400 for mushroom matar , panner 499 toba , and when we order ewwww disgusting full of sugar they have added chini like it's sweet dish we ended up throing and wasting our money , the next day we found out Annapurna rasoi , let me get u direction turn right from hotel entrance ,then another right then left see straight u should see Anna lurna rasoi man the food is tasty 😋 cheap and quantity is best , they literally said that we are not giving them commision that's why they are not having us for taking orders if u want to eat good tasty breakfast go there , if u by mistake taken maa bashino immediate check out and check for room right above Annapurna rasoi best I mean in 3k u have best room best serviceegit dream room after disgusting thing , I mean if there is a rating of -5 star I will give it !

Please don't book this hotel. It is not a hotel actually it is just a guest house and doesn't have any facilities. We booked the rooms online but the caretaker behaviour was very bad. They not even provide bedsheets. So please don't book.

निहायत घटिया लॉज, पीने का पानी नहिहै, बाथरूम में खड़े होने भर का जगह है, बैठ के स्नान नही कर सकते, साफ सफाई करने वाला कोई नहीं है, और कर्मचारियों का व्यवहार बहुत ही खराब है, फिक्स रेट नही है 1200से 5हजार तक ले लेंगे जैसा मुर्गा फसा, नाश्ता खाना तो छोड़ो चाय के लिए 1.5km दूर जाना होता है।

मैंने तारीख 22/06/2019 को दो रूम बुक करवाये थे। फोन पर बात भी हुई थी कि मैं थोड़ा लेट नाइट चेक इन करूँगा। जब मैं होटल पहुँचा तो देखा कि होटल की बिल्डिंग एक घरनुमा है, जिसमें एक गेट और उसके बगल में एक शटर लगा हुआ है। मैं आधे घंटे तक उसका गेट और शटर खटखटाता रहा लेकिन उस घरनुमा होटल के अंदर से कोई भी आवाज नहीं आयी फिर मैंने वहाँ से खाली हाथ लौटकर दूसरी जगह रूम लिया। तो ये रहा मेरा इस होटल का अनुभव। थैंक्स ओयो !
