My recent visit to India Garage to explore the Mahindra Thar Roxx turned out to be a thoroughly satisfying experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt professional yet welcoming, and it immediately gave us confidence that we were in the right place. Karthik, who assisted us through the visit, was exceptional throughout. He patiently walked us through every feature of the Thar Roxx, explained the various variants and options, and ensured we clearly understood what each one offered. What I really appreciated was that he was informative without being pushy, and he answered every question with clarity and genuine enthusiasm for the vehicle.

The test drive and demonstration were handled smoothly, and the overall purchase process felt surprisingly simple and well organised. Paperwork, timelines, and costs were all explained transparently, which removed any confusion or stress from the decision-making process. The dealership staff were courteous and helpful, and the entire environment reflected professionalism and reliability. Overall, India Garage made the experience of exploring and purchasing the Mahindra Thar Roxx both enjoyable and hassle-free. I would happily recommend this dealership, especially Karthik, to anyone considering a Thar or any Mahindra vehicle. It truly felt like a premium experience that matched the excitement of buying such an iconic SUV.

Personal Suggestion: Never go to India Garage, even if you can't find the car at other dealers.

I bought an XUV700 from this dealership and had a very poor experience.

A sales representative was assigned to me. Unfortunately, he did not seem to know the features of the specific model. He didn’t even understand basic functions such as central locking or auto-folding mirrors. I’m not sure what kind of training their sales team receives.

Despite that, I did my own research and went ahead with booking the XUV700. However, at the time of delivery, they didn’t explain any of the car’s features. They also failed to provide the Fastag, even though they had charged me for it.

After delivery, I had to call them multiple times just to get a refund of ₹600 for the Fastag. It took nearly three months to receive the refund.

I even contacted the manager. After a month, he redirected me to another sales representative, who then took another month to process the refund. Their response and communication throughout this process were extremely poor.

Once the refund was finally processed, they behave bit rude and indirectly told we are done now and should not contact them again. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have had.

In comparison, I have worked with Anant and Sireesh Auto dealerships before, and they provided a much better experience.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the specific model I wanted at other dealerships, so I had no option but to go with India Garage.
Please think carefully before visiting this dealership. If you make any payments and later change your mind, it may be very difficult to get a refund.

Santhosh helped me get my XUV700 delivered in just 3 days, taking care of every single detail from booking to documentation to delivery. He even went the extra mile to provided great after-sales support as well.

A very well treating place and i really want to appreciate Santhosh from the showroom, who really helped me to get the car within 15 days of booking.
I initially booked from a different place and that particular showroom could not deliver even within 2 months due to lot of bookings but Santhosh really fought a lot and delivered me the car.

Worst experience

They some how took the full value of car Mahindra XUV 3XO AX5 by doing the fake commitment that above mentioned vehicle is alloted to you and you made the full payment of Rs 1020500/- (including BH approx  registration charges and insurance i will take from own) otherwise above mentioned will be de-allocated on dated 19.02.2026. I made the full payment on 21.02.2026 then  I asked them to invoice the vehicle on 22.02.2026 doing the PDI but they told me that 22.02.2026 is Sunday, billing can be done on Monday 23.02.2026. on Monday 23.02.2026, I asked for PDI then do the invoice, they told me that above mentioned vehicle is in their inventory place which is 40 km from their showroom then I asked to take me there then after you do the invoice.
Now the scene creates, they told that above mentioned vehicle is in transit from plant to our inventory and it will take 7 days time to reach here and they it is in transit since 19.02.2026. I asked them if you do not have the above mentioned vehicle in your inventory then how you allocated the vehicle and how asked for full payment. I made the full payment in good faith and in fear of de- allocation of above mentioned vehicle assuming if vehicle is de-allocated then it will take more time for allocation again. But above mentioned vehicle vehicle is yet to receive at their showroom or inventory as on date. Now I have no option for cancelling it. They cheated badly.

I mailed to Mahindra also rageding this issue but no response from Mahindra customer care or Mahindra sales team. Mahindra is silent on the issue. It means Mahindra already know how their representatives (dealers) cheating their customers for selling the Mahindra Cars that is why stil not replied to email which regularly sending to them from 23.02.2026. It means once the full payment received by Mahindra or their representatives, they put their customers in dustbins.

If any is reading this post then I request you to please do not book Mahindra Cars since Mahindra did not have any customer service chapter in their books. If you still wants to book then take in written everything from both Mahindra and their representatives.

Now I am asking for refund for money but Mahindra and their representatives (dealers) are silent on that.

Good exprience while booking the car. But when it comes to delivering the car they keep pushing the timeline and won't deliver the car as promised.

Even after canceling the car booking they keep calling you and harass you.

I walked into India Garage on Palace Road, Bangalore, buzzing with excitement about buying a new Mahindra XUV700 AX7L Diesel MT. The sales executive, Mr. Manjunath, painted a vivid picture of the car's features and warned of sky-high demand, claiming just one unit was left in stock. His urgency felt genuine, so I booked on the spot without a second thought.

Eager for delivery, I followed up for the VIN after allotment. He hesitated but eventually shared it. Decoding the number online shattered the illusion—it traced back to an 8-month-old demo vehicle from March, complete with prior usage and added accessories that were never mentioned. When confronted, he casually admitted it was a showroom demo, then dangled discounts to sway me, ignoring my insistence on a brand-new car.

I cancelled immediately, but the ordeal dragged on with relentless follow-ups. They wrongly deducted a chunk as a penalty, pinning the blame on me despite their deception. Only after escalating to the grievance department via emails did I claw back my full booking amount weeks later. This showroom prioritizes pushy sales over honesty—always demand and verify the VIN upfront before committing. 1/5 stars. A hard lesson in buyer beware.

Outstanding Pre-Delivery and Delivery Experience with India Garage – Palace Road
I recently took delivery of my Thar Roxx A7 from India Garage, Palace Road, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience.

Right from the moment I booked the vehicle, the team demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and genuine enthusiasm. The pre-delivery process was exceptionally smooth – all my queries were promptly addressed, documentation was handled efficiently, and I was kept informed every step of the way.

On the day of delivery, the experience was truly special. The vehicle was perfectly prepped, beautifully presented, and the delivery process was seamless. The staff walked me through all the features, made sure I was comfortable with everything, and added a personal touch that made the moment even more memorable.

The whole process was very easy, especially since it is the first EV Vehicle we are getting, i.e., the XUV 9E. The customer service has also been stellar

Booked a BE6 on 6th Nov with Mr Lokesh for 11k
Cancelled the booking on 23rd Nov
On 9th dec after multiple follow ups, I got refunded rs 9900, i was clearly informed there is no booking cancellation charges

After multiples follow ups again, there has been no update on This

If the experience is this bad for a booking cancellation, you can imagine how bad it can get post sales.

I do not recommend purchase from this store or brand.

Not a great experience chasing the sales folks for basic things like PDI. Selling car and forgetting, is not a good thing. Customer relationship helps in the long run.

Won’t be recommending this dealer to others.

Car not delivered, so no main concerns as such, but behavioural aspects of the team are a  concern.

I will update the other issues once the car is delivered. They are not even letting me see the car and want to do direct registration, normally okay, but why ? Seems concerning as a buyer, without clear answer.

Mr Manjunath consultant totally given best service. Not single call has been  ignored  n did everything with his limits.
