Pros: Rooms are decent sized and comfortable

Cons: No hot water or only works for few mins, plumbing is very bad, pipes need proper maintenance, bad attitude of the reception staff, our room wasn't cleaned after multiple reminders, lift doesn't go up to the rooms, have to walk up the stairs.

Overall, not a pleasant experience. Will definitely not be returning

We booked a Deluxe room for 3 people for one night's stay. The room was amazing with a small living room, dining table and a spacious enough bedroom. The services were also good. The complementary breakfast was also amazing. Overall a very good experience!

Very bad experience. We have booked 2 rooms via cleartrip and went. On reaching there, they informed that they don't have any tie up with cleartrip and denied our booking.  And their overall response was very bad.
The only good thing about this hotel  is the covered parking space.

This was the .... one of the best hotel in marthhalli surrounding and the matainaince and service was top notch.... the rooms were so hygienic and the owners were fantastic and very friendly and very helpful.

Worst management,not responding to our problems,i was not supposed to give one star but it's mandatory to give.overall verry bad experience
