I have stayed in other PGs, but hands down this is the best one I found in this area. It’s really close to the office with a lot of facilities like restaurants, salons, pharmacies and gyms in the vicinity. The hygiene is pretty well maintained with cleaning done everyday.

But the best part? The food! They cook really good meals which feels like home. They are also pretty acceptable to any feedbacks we have in any sorts and they cook a new dish everyday. It’s not unlike other PGs at all. I highly recommend it anyone who is looking for a good PG to live in!

Best co-living space in AECS Brookefield with state of the art facilities. It's located on the main 60 ft road with all neighbouring facilities including food outlets, salons, hospitals, marts, pharmacy. The rooms are spacious and the managers and staff specially Anantram, the chef's are also very experienced who prepare very delicious food, they use the best ingredients and accomodate any requests and feedbacks and blput them into action swiftly. A highly recommended best stay I would definitely recommend.

I recently had a short but pleasant stay at this PG. The location is definitely a strong point, being conveniently situated.

For my 2-share room, the daily rate was ₹750, which included two meals on weekdays (morning and night) and three meals on weekends. While I was looking forward to the non-vegetarian option on Sunday afternoon, it was unfortunately unavailable due to Ram Navami. However, the food quality overall was good. The cook, Sandeep, deserves special mention. He is not only a good cook, ensuring the taste of the meals was satisfying, but he is also very polite and communicates well. The Friday night dinner of aloo paratha with curd was particularly amazing!

The receptionist, who I believe also handles administrative tasks, Ananth Ram, was also a highlight of my stay. He was very polite, helpful, and good with his communication. He made the check-in and overall experience smooth.

The PG maintains a decent level of cleanliness, with rooms and restrooms cleaned every two days on alternate days.

I also know someone who stays here in a 2-share room with a monthly rent of ₹14,500, and they have confirmed that it is a good option in this area.

Overall, my experience at this PG was positive. The staff, especially Sandeep and Ananth Ram, are commendable, and the food quality is good. I would recommend this PG as one of the options to others looking for accommodation in this location. The guys staying there were also good, contributing to a positive atmosphere.

The location of PG, food and quality of service was excellent. The only problem is if we are taking per day basis, they are charging 1300 per day which is costly and this has to be reduced. Other than that there are no problems

There is a guy called me from their team and threatened me just now, saying he will break my legs if I will not remove this review, & asking me where i live, saying will come there and break my legs.

I have never seen such behavior with any property in Bengaluru, i will be complaining to cops regarding this, as he is repeatedly calling me.

I am shocked in hospitality industry how someone can do this, if they could have spoke politely and could have discussed on length, removing a bad review is not a big deal, but what is this behavior?

The guy named Navin from the management is on an ego trip and has no manners when it comes to speaking to people. When I moved into this PG, I asked him a basic question about whether a spoon could be provided just for dinner, as i reached the pg at dinner time. He said everyone uses their own spoon and that they don’t even have a spare one. I said that was okay and asked if it could be arranged somehow and in moring i will arrange. He literally shouted at me, saying, “I am having my dinner—what do you expect, that I should leave my dinner and arrange a spoon for you" like an illiterate goon. It completely ruined my mood, but I had no option and had to stay there for 5–6 months.

I paid ₹27k per month as rent there, they charge different rent from different people. The machines were always filled with dirt as well.

See the response—these people are lying, not me. I never changed rooms and stayed in the same room throughout. First, ask your team to speak to people respectfully.

The rooms and food are good, but the service and upkeep aren’t great. We need to step up the hospitality because the PG rent is higher than other PGs, so expectations are high.

I stayed at this PG for 1.5 years. When I moved in, the room was neither painted nor properly cleaned, and I was informed that maintenance charges would not be deducted due to the this initial condition. However, at the time of vacating, they imposed maintenance charges citing newly introduced rules, which were not part of the original agreement . This felt unfair and misleading.

Moreover, the refund process for the security deposit was extremely delayed. It took over 10 days and repeated follow-ups to get the amount back. I had to personally visit the PG and argue for the refund. They seemed more interested in offering the refund in cash rather than transferring it to the bank account, which is inconvenient and unprofessional.

I strongly recommend ensuring that a proper rental agreement is in place, as they tend to frequently change their norms, especially around maintenance charges. Communication and transparency need significant improvement.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE TAKING THIS PG:

I have stayed in this PG for 6 months in a single room.
The PG is very average with not much facilities for the price.
They charged me ₹26,000 per month and said it’s the lowest while taking even lower from others, worst part they took only CASH from me.
Getting cash of such a big amount in today’s world is a hassle
The only benefit they have is Washing Machine, which is filled with dirt always and instead of clothes getting cleaned they get stained. The irony.

On the time of vacating all the best in getting your deposit back. I told them I will be vacating on Aug1st. I left the PG on July 10th after paying the full rent for July.
In August when I asked for my money return they said they’ll will cut rent till Aug10th from my deposit along with the maintenance charges. The funny part they let out my room to someone else from 29th July till August 10th. I asked them fine if you are cutting my deposit till August 10th then why did you let it out to someone.

When I argued the same to the owner he was giving some classy English quotes like I even care, all I care is my money and Atleast cut it honestly.

So please save yourself from the PG and the management.
