The Kenko Life

Being healthy doesn’t mean compromising on taste. Kenko Life proves it. The food is absolutely delicious and has received great feedback from my trainer for its balanced macros and micronutrients.

I’ve been using Kenko Life subscription for a couple of months or so now. It’s given me such peace of mind! I have a hectic work schedule and I do not enjoy cooking. I have tried all kinds of meal prepping, one-pot recipes and what-not, only to slip back to ordering online and compromising on nutrition. Kenko, has given me hours back in my week - no grocery lists, no recipes, no cleaning up. I get healthy, delicious, balanced meals delivered at home, allowing me to eat fresh food every day. While they do publish their weekly menu, I don’t check it and instead I actually look forward to reading the label on my box - like a mini surprise to myself everyday. Their team is kind and friendly, and I especially want to appreciate Babu who consistently delivers my order with care.

I have been using Kenko subscription for my weekday lunch meal and it has been an awesome experience. Their meals are clean and high on protein content along with perfect portions for carbs and fiber. The menu keeps changing and so far over the last couple of months I have been using them I have received nice meals. I am loving the additional hour for myself during weekdays by offloading lunch prep to Kenko, it has been judicially used for better workouts and work :) Thank you!
