This service center doesn’t even deserve a single star. The service is terrible, and the owner is extremely rude, especially when you ask questions. I went there to replace my boat earbuds, and they not only charged me more than the original price but also took my old boat earbuds, which cost around 3.5k... In return, they gave me a used product in a torn box, claiming it was new and offering just a three-month warranty. The product stopped working within a week. When I went back, they replaced it with another used product but didn’t provide any warranty this time. That one also stopped working after just five days. I contacted boat support, and they confirmed that this service center is unauthorized and couldn’t help me. Avoid this place at all costs—it’s a complete waste of your time, money, and effort.

One of the best experiences I've had with any appliance service centers. Just got out of getting a replacement for my boAt headphones. All it took was 15 mins including the wait. Checked for physical damage and replaced the headphone. The place is slightly difficult to locate (it is inside a complex opposite to the Raymond's showroom in DVG road). Has limited waiting area, and amenities. You can expect your work to be done faster if you carry a printout of invoices for boAt.

This service center shop not deserve single star because very rude and asking money for under warranty product so I complaint to boat head office please don't go to shop don't waste your time that person asked 999 amount of product for give 1000 rupees they asked

Went with hope for honour smart watch for repair...but unhappy..silly excuses like tempered by other technician...we can't repair

Went for ptron earbuds service as directed by the company itself yet they refused to even check the product let alone be courteous. Receptionist is very rude and does not respect people coming to the shop. Do not go here even if recommended by the company.

Pathetic service! Service person dont have manners and DONT EVER COME HERE IF YOU HAVE SELF RESPECT
They deliberately try to argue that they cannot do anything for your issues and we need to contact  company itself, When I entered I have seen they are arguing with someone else and did the same thing with us, Also made racist comment about us being from other state although we are from here.
You can see from others negative review how the owner reverted back shamelessly and rude way.

The store was slightly hard to locate but thanks to the pictures someone else had posted on google I was able to figure it out. Inside I didn’t really have to wait for long. I told the person at the counter what my issue was(mic not working) boat rockerz 255 sports. I presented the bill and warranty slip and he thoroughly inspected my earphones for any physical damage and then replaced it with a new one. Overall spent like 5 mins in the service centre.

They escaped by saying there is a crack on the casing hence it's a physical damage. Won't be covered under warranty. It was a noise watch which I regret buying.

This is the official service center for boat india in Bangalore which I could find. Great service as they replace my boat headsets within no time.

Unfortunately I can't give any less starts,
We had given a watch to repair, he said he can't repair, need to replace, we have the money. The new new watch is not working and when we took it he said he ll get it reset we can take it home. Which didn't happen. Now he is not responding

Had issue with my JBL earphones . Visited this place as it is an Authorised service center . The person there has is ill informed about how an audio product works and had wierd solutions for the issue. On top of that he is rude and grumpy ....For JBL products please visit any other service center in Bangalore  but not this ..This service center is a joke

My JBL Tune 305C had an issue with one side of the earphone after just 3 months of usage. I took it to Srinivas Telecom and it was replaced within a few minutes. I had to just mail the invoice and the warranty slip to their mail ID. It was a very easy experience.

This service centre is a scam. It's not authorised. The owner/receptionist is a rude person and tried to scam me by saying the phone cannot be repaired, while it is under warranty. DO NOT GO THERE

Very worst don't go to this service centre,no respect for customers ,today I went 1 st time he told me to wait I waited for more than 20 minutes ,no response ,he don't look my products,he is wasting his time with other customer,not allowed me to talk,worst behavier

Very rude, arrogant and no sense of customer service. These people behave as if they're doing the customer a favour. Don't even have basic courtesy to say Hello nicely when someone calls.
They kept my smartwatch for almost 2 months. Didn't do anything and returned the same product saying it was replaced. Did not give a proper job sheet which has all the details of the company, product etc. Instead gave a local bill book receipt. Lost 2 months with my product.
Avoid this service centre and if you have to spend time and money to travel to one that is in another area, do that.

this firebolt service center jumps on first to say why watch cannot be considered for warranty giving the silliest excuses, there is another person who will come into fray and uses harsh and cursive words, if you ask them to justify. Great Combo.!
After my watch was rejected by them, i registered my case with firebolt online portal, got my watch replaced with new one in 15 days.
Then i was seeing the reviews for this particular store, 90% have the same negative feedback. I am not sure where is the problem?
