During my visit with my family at IFB Point HSR layout, the sales manager Sumathi madam had been very helpful in explaining all the features of the IFB VX15 dishwasher. Ultimately we bought the dishwasher and the purchase process was very smooth. Thank you so much Sumathi madam for being so professional and supportive in handling customer request & queries.

Great service from the manager (Sumathi Prabhu) and well explained about the features. Made a good choice coming to the direct outlet instead of going to an all in one electronic store. Got a better price and model which is not available online

I would appreciate the IFB point Mam, though I do not remember her name, but she explained very well all the features and also coordinated nicely with delivery team till I got my washing machine and installation done.

Purchased Executive washing machine, Dish washer & Microwave in 2022. Had issue with washing machine & needed receipt to claim warranty. How hard can this be? I sent screenshots of my conversation during the purchase, payment details, installation date etc but Vineeth who manages the modular kitchen was useless. I have been footballed b/w different folks in the IFB point for 1 week & finally Sumathi from the same location helped within a day. Terrible experience! Your duty does not end with a sale. Post sale service is important.

Product are fine but post purchase support: delivery and installation is not good. Promised me next day or day after of delivery but now having to chase them.

Least interested in selling. We finalized the model but the payment link wasn't working. The dealer never sent it, when called the store  they literally cut my phone. If before sales, this is the attitude towards customer, can't image how the after sales service would be.

However, ran into a small tussle with the technician who seemed to convey that the water filter was compulsory and later I came to know that is not the case.

We went to the Ifb showroom to purchase a dishwasher and fridge. Sumati helped us in choosing the items. She was very helpful and patient with all our queries. After purchasing the items she followed up coordinating with the delivery guys and the installation person and made sure it was a hassle free process. She also reminded us to get the dishwasher free kit which we had forgotten. I must say exceptional service and goodwill towards clients. Thank you Sumati for making it a very pleasant experience.

We were looking for a replacement for our 27 year old war horse- A front load IFB SUPREME 6.5 kg Machine. This machine served  our family
of 4.This period included the school and college going days of our two daughters. But at last  it was time to replace it and our needs have also changed.After lot of market survey we settled for IFB  again.This time a top load 6.5kg to duit our current needs.This  inspite of some negative inputs about the sparepart availability and sevice of IFB ,  from competitors. Once decided everything went like clockwork smoothness. The supply and installation was also prompt and smooth.

Ms.Sonu was a great help. She was very courteous  knowledgeable  about the machine. She patiently explained and cleared all our doubts and apprehensions about performance and after service.( Sometimes even beyond office hours!)
Now looking forward to a repeat performance from our favourite appliance.

While billing the machine she helped to get liquid detergent with free of cost.
