This is a store which i visit often as it is on the regular path i drive to.
However i have observed recently that they have nicely manipulated on the final amount they charged me after adjusting for the coupon i had by converting the points i had accumulated on the app. While the coupon got adjusted against the payable they still charged me higher (without the coupon value). This is very disappointing and i am surprised that a company we trust for the quality of product they deliver is manipulating with clients in such a silly manner. I still trust Shell for their quality and most likely continue to use the same store for refilling petrol as it is on my regular path.

Shell petrol pump, I had just got petrol filled from you, I was your customer, I asked you for toilet, your helper who was filling petrol said that you can go from the back side but some of your helpers said that there is leakage in the toilet, I had a strong urge to urinate, I was also in pain, they also did not let me go and you are such a big petroleum company in the world, you should get your toilet repaired properly, what will you do if a pregnant lady or any other person in dire emergency needs to urinate, from next time I will not put oil on your petrol, your stop also talks rudely

Perfectly organised petrol and diesel outlet. Customer friendly and  always prompt in their service. Namaste! Style welcome is another great feature. Service for Engine oil change is free and they do a neat job as well. Sometimes they offer only a premium oil which is costlier. Comparatively a better place for your fuel needs👍

Worst ever experience from this pump! My biggest regret till date in driving was visiting this pump. I had got my oil and coolant checked and changed couple of times from this pump! But recently, the guy who opened the lid of coolant didn't even had the basic knowledge that it would be hot and he should open carefully! He just opened that like a lays bag of chips and hot coolant spilled all over my engine bay! Just few mins after I left thr pump, I noticed smoke from engine Bay! I stopped right there turned off everything. By tht time it was too late, wires got melted and boom! Whole wiring harness gone, relays, flasher and fuses busted. Took 2 days to get my car back on road. I spent around 3.5k for not being my fault :/ I wish shell had at least checked basics before hiring their employees! Never ever visiting this pump again in my lifetime. Thank you Shell

Very rude behaviour by the staff,
After getting full tank filled, they are not providing the services doesn't provide cleaning or complimentary goodies everytime they mention it's out of stock and ASKED TO RAISE A COMPLAINTFOR SHELL DIRECTLY.

Kindly ask staff to  behave properly and speak politely.
Especially the hindi speaking lady who work in night shift.

People at Air filling not responding.
Two people are doing  chitchat.

Bad and rude behaviour

Staff here are busy selling other products rather than refilling fuel to vehicles. Because of which the que gets long. May be they have to do something about it

They don't give discounts as per offer in shell app. First time I tried using the shell app and these guys duped me. In another shell pump in TN they gave me discount properly. Actually the station attendant filling the pump needs to scan the Go card  in your shell app right there itself rather, and enter the final amount after discount.

Today very bad experience… No staff at AIR filling and some people are just see from inside and not coming😡😡

2days before early mrng by 6.19am I went to fill petrol and said him to add petrol for rs.300 and I gave him rs.500, the Pramod person who was filling asked me shellapp I showed him he said he doesn't have change of rs.10cashback he will add petrol I said OK, after he added he didn't return me the change, even I was in hurry I left, when I returned back and asked people there was negligence and said night shift people will come at night, first of all petrol prices r too high in that you guys do like this, This is the first worst experience that too from she'll I m facing.

Good place to buy petrol also to hangout at night. You get decent tea and coffee. Price is over the top though.

We pay the extra for better service but sad to say the shine seems to be wearing off. Staff are becoming apathetic,   service is done grudgingly.  When there is a rush you can see some folks hanging around doing nothing just chatting while few are working hard. However the diesel quality and quantity seems great.  Usually i get 8 to 10 km/lt but at shell i get 11+. overall 3 star for good fuel, no star for the poor service.

More costly waste money pls go another pumb

This is one of the better petrol bunks in south of Bengaluru. Very nice professional service from all the staff. Vehicle performance is also very good after filling petrol from this station. Billing, air filling etc is very fast and also efficiant. We will recommend all to try here. We are regular customers here for our two cars.

Always crowded.Needs to be better managed.
Queues get way too long.
They try to sell you super fuel , and I've seen instances where they lie stating normal fuel isn't available.
I guess quality of fuel is good in comparison to others, but not really sure why they charge 2 - 3 rupees extra per litre for normal fuel.
If you visit on Sundays, you get a rupee off for every litre purchased, but this can be redeemed only in the shell shop.

Trustworthy and quiet spacious. Do something about the single air pump and waiting customers. Atleast install another air station with 4 simultaneous dispensers for cars and avoid time and efforts. I like their services and the promptness. Everything is properly managed and executed.
