Very horrible Owner. He will find excuses to take your deposit money. Every bhaiyas are always angry and yelling at u for random things. The owner is very mean. Also he won't allow any of ur girl friends anywhere near but all of his boy friends will be sitting in front of the PG playing carroms.

Exceptional service with kindness of people who often treat me like family. Its clean, comfortable room and well-maintained properties, along with delicious food I felt like a home-cooked

This is the worst PG I’ve ever stayed in. The owner is extremely arrogant and money-minded, always finding unnecessary reasons to collect extra charges. Apart from the owner, the biggest problem is the food. The quality is terrible—they even serve leftover food after keeping it in the refrigerator for 2–3 days. Complaints are completely ignored, and nothing ever improves.

It was a nightmare for me during my 4days stay here. PG has security and all other facilities. Major drawbacks were:
1. There were 100's of cockroaches inside the room.
2. Waterflow speed in shower was too high, the speed was equal to the sharpness of a blade.

Highly recommended if you want to be hospitalized and have long term health issues. Owner is really mean and tries to deduct money for every opportunity he gets. I stayed here for 3 months (due to his 3 months mandatory stay agreement). It was a nightmare. Horrible experience due to food. But still I had to stay since he made it mandatory. Owner doesn't hinder to any complaints which are raised. The food is being outsourced and the food quality is really bad.

It's been good'my friend is staying from past one year.All the facilities are good.Three times food will be provided with both south  and north Indian. And has good safety with biometric access control. Overall well maintained by the owner.

Rooms are very good with attached bathroom and also a seperate kitchen for every room. But the kitchen is not provided with any facilities. There are 2 sharing rooms but the bathrooms and the kitchens are 4 sharing. They'll provide only 2 times food. They won't provide afternoon Lunch. Washing machine and fridge are also there!

This is a great place to stay for students and working professionals.
The food is good(mostly South Indian cuisine is there) and it is a very safe place for women as no males are allowed here. Very near to CDAC Knowledge Park. Market area and petrol pump are also very close.
It was a great experience to stay here. Highly recommended to all women who are looking for a "Safe House" to stay.

Food is good and well maintained and clean

I stayed here for almost two years without any issues. The owner is quite responsive and the maintenance is great. The breakfast is very good and lunch and dinner are decent. It is at a walkable distance from Bagmane tech park.

It's been good so far , well maintained by the owner. Rooms are good with spacious with attached bathroom. Home food will be provided all three times. It's very close to bagmane tech park.

Review from a friend as only girls allowed: nice place 2 rooms 4 beds in total per bathroom. Food - 6/10. Ridiculously close to baghmane tech park. Local shops nearby. Road leading to the pg is not good as its unpaved

Two sharing bedroom and hall are given as rooms. Kitchen is four sharing. With and without food options are available. Breakfast and dinner are provided in with food option. Breakfast is good on one day and not so good on the next day. Dinner is ok-ok and always the same - rice, chapathi, and dal.

Pros
1.Room cleaning is good.
2.Wifi is good.
3.Has heater in bathroom
4.Has lift accessibility.
5.Near to BTP. (10 mins walk)
6.Near to utility and grocery shops.
7.Common washing machine and fridge for each floor

Cons
1.Cupboards and kitchen have cockroaches which is so disturbing.
2.Faced power cut issue on several days.
2.Faced water shortage issue few times.

My sister staying here from past 2 years is very happy with all facilities and good maintenance.
In these pandemic situation, the  management provides good food and cleanliness of pg.

Well lit rooms with good ventilation. Only 2-sharing rooms available . Attacjed bathrooms 3 times food , self cooking option . Overal a good pg at walkable distance from bagmane tech park front gate .

My relative staying in this PG who works in Bagmane tech park, which is safe n secure, with all amenities. Close near to Bagmane tech park, with a walkable distance of 50m n the management is very supportive.
