We visited the Cell petrol-bunk food area to have our meal, but the experience was quite disappointing. Even before we could finish our food, the staff lady came and asked us to leave because she wanted to clean the table. This behavior felt very rude and unprofessional.

As customers, we expect basic courtesy and enough time to finish our meal comfortably. Requesting us to leave midway created an unpleasant experience. I hope the management trains their staff better on customer service and ensures such incidents don’t happen again.

Very Disappointing Service Experience at Mysore Road Shell Petrol Bunk Café

Dear Team,
I would like to bring to your attention a very unpleasant experience me and my two colleagues faced at the Mysore Road Sheel petrol bunk food store.

We have been visiting this store regularly for the past one week around 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM for coffee and snacks. However, the staff have repeatedly treated us very poorly. They make faces as if they are annoyed by our presence, and on two different days, we were asked to leave because they “need to clean”, despite it being a normal operating time.

Such behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. As regular customers, we expect basic courtesy and respect. This experience has left us very dissatisfied, and we believe no customer should be treated this way.

Please look into this matter seriously and ensure corrective action is taken.

Never Visit Shell V Power Petrol Pump, worst experience,
They charge higher price for petrol diesel etc.
Their staff force to download their app for refund extra amount.
They kill your time and money both.

Pretty decent outlet in Mysore road.
They have a mini market where you can get snacks/drinks for travelling. And a coffee counter with pastries.
Service here is impressive.

Washrooms are well maintained, neat and clean

They redeemed my points and they have denied giving product for redemption points. Worst behaviour from food store cash counter person.

There is no restroom facility available here..it's  been locked  and the staff says always it's broken ..so please avoid this place  if you wish to use the washroom facility

From Morning 8 to 10 AM in your petrol bunk the crowd is more and all are waiting in queues and only one member is filling petrol to customers and I request you to increase your staff members. (Give respect to customers)

Avoid filling here. He adds less amount of fuel. If u try for full tank with other petrol pumps(hp/bp/nayra) my bike usually takes 8.5 to 9ltrs for my bullet always not beyond this. This shell pump and the pump one in front of this(shell which is of the same owner they say)takes around 11 to 11.5 ltrs always and when the average is calculated (full tank to full tank) it is giving always less than 27kmpl. But if i try for other pumps(bp/hp/nayra) it is not coming below 32kmpl. I have tried this 4 times continuous with this pump and continuously for 5 times with other pumps and got concluded that with these two shell pumps(one in front of this) is always filling wrong amount. I even tried twice v power as well and got same result.
Just to add my full tank km range is always between 288 km to 295 km with this shell or with other bp/hp/nayra.

Different from other pumps means the service and hospitality

Considering the price of premium V-Power petrol, the service is lacking. In particular, there was no coffee available. The petrol pump owners should understand that when people are paying 400 rupees for premium fuel, deli2go coffee facility should be provided. Petrol pump staff asked me to go the outlet on other side for coffee. I was looking for coffee instead staff was trying to upsell cleaning cloth and other accessories. I wonder, can accessories replace coffee ? The only good thing about this outlet is that there was no queue.

Managers here behave like rowdies. Manager Ramesh is Totally unprofessional and scary. He used foul language on me and told me that he will damage the car if u stay for one more minute. Totally pathetic experience for the first time in Shell.

I've always had a high regard for Shell pump stations and this is also no exception. Staff are very courteous and greet you warmly.
Fuel quality is also excellent and I've yet to hear any complaints about any cheating cases.
Also the convenience store is well stocked with food and vehicle accessories.

Be cautious...while you come here for good quality fuel, they ask if they can check engine oil level. Invariably, after the vehicle is running for a while, the oil levels will be less. They suggest you top up the oil and pay Rs.1300/- for the same.
In my case the vehicle was serviced a month ago with 4.5 ltrs oil and found out from Service company, that oil should always be checked 2 hours of the vehicle in non-running condition.

Overall there service is satisfactory. They have free air facilities for customers, they do discourage tipping the employees. They do serve oils for bikes with discount prices. Toilets are available with proper lighting and water facilities. An emergency medical and first aid kid is also available in the bunk. One of the best shell petrol pump in the vicinity.
