Scam alert ,,🛑🛑 the agents in the store does not provide clear product description, they sell you products without clear information if u go again for clarification they deny and again charged us for the issue,  extra. Please don't visit this store and get scammed. Utter nonsense I have purchased 2 mobiles from them yesterday. Worst customer service...

Bought 2  Samsung phones from this store ,,when asked about the charger the agent said it has only cable but it can be charged in any adapter so didn't check then, but when we got home and checked it with the adapter it was different and the phone couldn't be charged by it. When we went back they told us that they had informed us and charged extra to provide us the new adapter these guys are scamming innocent customers. Please don't visit this store for new device purchases Sangeeta mobiles are doing scam to survive. They could have done it with clear information but this is clear scamming.

Scam alert dont buy any mobiles from this store, theyll not provide clear product description and will charge you guys later for the same service. Is this how sangeetha mobiles works ? Worst customer service ever.

I purchased oppo F29 5g(8GB Ram/256GB) mobile which price is now 23999. But Sangeetha staff given me oppo F29 5g(8GB Ram/128GB) which price is 21999.and erliar not given payment bill, they told me we will send you e-bill in your WhatsApp. Again I went shop and asked replace me oppo F29 256GB mobile I waited nearly two hours, but they not given me 256GB mobile they returned me 2000/Rs. So, I  disappointed 😞 for staff's service. They cheated with me that time NOT stock oppo F29(256GB purple colour) in this shop.

The guy ( Devank ) who was selling us the mobile was good in communication. That we planned to buy a below 10k but due to his talking ability we bought 17k wala mobile. But according to the survice that was not that much good. Offers are ended but still the offer cards are hung around that is ridiculous. No commonsense of removing the expired offers.

I bought the mobile vivo nt good i nee to return the item

Good in marketing and very bad in quality and service.
They sold the defective Product to me and initially they told it will be replaced in 2 days. But replaced my mobile after multiple follow ups in 2 weeks.
Even now they asked me to edit the bill with new NINO when I asked them to provide the updated bill with new NiNo number 🙄

Had a great experience here purchasing the phone... They explain in and out of the phone which makes you understand clearly about the phone before we purchase...

As a loyal customer, I have been using Wham Mobile's Freedom Pods 3 for the past six months. Despite the fact that the audio quality isn't as good as it should be, I have encountered some difficulties with the process of replacing the unit.

Wham Mobile initially promised a hassle-free experience with their Freedom Pods 3, including a two-year showroom replacement guarantee. Sadly, I am dismayed to share with you that in the recent past, I haven't been completely satisfied with the replacement service that they provide and have had a lot of problems with their customer service department.

This marks the third time I've had to replace my earphones within six months, and each time, the process has been far from seamless. Waiting weeks for a replacement has become the norm, and today, I received the news that the product is out of stock, further prolonging the resolution process.

As a customer who values the promise of prompt service and a commitment to quality, it is disconcerting to face these challenges consistently. I believe in the potential of the Freedom Pods 3 and the values Wham Mobile stands for. However, the current experience has left me questioning the reliability of the showroom replacement guarantee.

I genuinely hope that Wham Mobile takes note of customer concerns and works towards enhancing the replacement process. A reliable and efficient customer service experience is crucial for building trust and maintaining customer satisfaction.

15 days back I bought mi powerbank, I was not able to use for iPhone because Charging was not happening. As I was not having powerbank box, there were denying to take it back, as they were asking for box to replace. They were very rude at us & they were disrespectful too.
