I had a good experience here.

Near and clean rooms are here and few parking is also available.  More than 8 cars can park here.

The service is also good. 24by7 hot water is available here and AC is also good. Bathrooms are neat and clean.

Rooms are spacious and the large bed in my room can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children..

There is one separate vegetarian restaurant here which was on 4th floor . It was bit costly but food is very good..

I Was on a business trip alone, Stayed for 3 days as I had to go to BIEC, it took 30-45 mins max if u start by 9-9.30am. It’s a good compact hotel with well maintained big rooms & neat bathroom, around 20+ rooms I suppose. They also have a good veg. restaurant at the 4th floor, very busy. The 2 Managers were extremely dedicated, every day they organised Breakfast & went to all rooms & informed personally & the breakfast was different for all 3 days, which was good. The morning breakfast preparation cooks & staffs, their service was also extremely good. They also have car parking facility in the stilt area. With limited personnel they operate at their best, needs to be appreciated. A  Pretty good hotel for business & family travelers at an affordable budget.

The rooms are comparatively OK. Food very limited choice. The worst part is their service, we have to ask for food Plates after the food is delivered to our room. Had to keep asking for Bowl and then Spoon and then Glasses. No refills of Soap, Towel. Had to keep calling 10 time for Towel. Some days no hot water for Bathing. Never experienced such low level services.

No cleaning between guests, soap only given when requested and 0 honesty and transparency. Possible bug bites.
Why do you even bother?

The hotel is good with in price range they have. They have covered parking facility, good clean rooms and clean bathrooms. Room Interior is also well maintained.
Only drawback is the nearby surrounding many garbage collection vehicles parked.

I had booked rooms here in November, 2019, and I had a wonderful experience. Since I was having a function at home, and this hotel was close to where I stay, and considering the good experience I had had, I booked rooms yet again (in December 2020). There is a stark change!! I was told the management had changed, and it was very obvious that the new management was only bothered about money.

Basic facilities like hot water (in the cold month of December) was not available. Although the hotel staff made suitable arrangements, the essence of having accommodation closeby was lost since the guests could not make it in time. No reason was reason was given for why hot water was not available.

The hotel staff started following up for payment of the room charges the night before the scheduled checkout date. I found this very annoying since my guests were going to be staying till the pre-agreed check out time. I didn't see any reason why the staff had to ask for payment before check out. And this was at 9pm!!

This being so, and considering the way the staff were talking rudely, I asked to speak to the owner/ higher up, one Mr.Biharilal Gangwani. I had met this gentleman while booking the rooms and presumed he'd solve my issue. Mr.Gangwani apparently told his staff he was unavailable and cannot speak to me. I would think, being in the hospitality business, a customer's call should be of utmost importance to him.

Having said so, the quality of the rooms and the the cleanliness maintained was very good. I booked 2 rooms for about Rs.2200/- each. This hotel is definitely a good place to stay, if you take out the bad behaviour of the staff and the owner.

Great location. No noise area. Friendly staff. The manager told. It's a fairly new hotel. The room preparations could have been better. TV never worked for the whole stay. That's not a big issue. Spacious rooms and baths. Good hotel for family and friends.

Good hotel. No complain. Looking like a real 3 star with affordable price. Staff is so nice and helpful. If I will visit Bangaluru so I will prefer this as stay. No doubt. Outer from the city but you can feel that peace here.

Do not book this hotel through any online travel app.We had booked 5 room for house warming through mmt and the hotel refused to checkin saying no rooms inspite of having confirmed booking vouchers from mmt. The management was arrogant when asked about the issue. Our guests had already arrived and no rooms were alloted. We had paid the complete amount and got refund from mmt with a sorry. Even mmt could not help us resolve issue with this hotel management. Never book this hotel. Worst management.

Good stay ever i had, rooms was clean/neat and hygienic. The only reason which i suggest is if the hotel provides a wifi facility it will be more use full the room guests. Overall good

This is a new motel opened around a couple months ago. The hotel is very clean and staff are really friendly we stayed here for a couple of days and had a really relaxing time. The food is very good as well. Definitely will visit again very worth the price.

Best place to stay nice restaurant and service is good. Cleanliness and room size awasome

Good place for north indian dishes, beautiful ambience.  You get combo meals north, south, chinese starters are great try their paneer65.  Main course you have variery of rotis, parotas, Chinese dishes.  Paneer hariyali was too bland. Overall a good restaurant. Only drawback is service is poor, slow, staff require more experience.
You have rooms at very reasonable prices.

Good taste food healthy salad 🥗 owner was very particular to complete veggies 😃 dal was too good veg biryani was tasty 🤤 neat service with melody old song 🙂 and curd rice was sweet in taste noodles paneer tikka pudina masala with cabbage sweet salad was nice.

Nice place to stay. Staffs were courteous. Breakfast in the package was nice. Definitely one of our options when we visit again.

For stay it's really nice rooms are clean clear and fresh, has restaurant on 4 this floor , breakfast from 7 to 10 on order , lunch from 12 to 3 pm and dinner from 8 to 10 pm , overall a good stay for 3 to 4 days , just the problem is it is in outside of main city ....
Nearby there is metro , 2 bus stops , railway station named as yashwantpur ... You can easily access it

30 mins away from Bengaluru International Exhibition Center,
45-50 Mins away from Bengaluru International Airport.
And this hotel is located on main road.
