Neo roots landscaped our garden space beautifully. We had a tight timeline but they accomodated us and did a very good job of it!! It's very convenient that they provide 3D designs before execution. Their horticulturist shenba helped us pick out all the plants based on our requirements and plan the space well. Sharath who was our site manager made sure that everything was taken care of and the timelines were met.The founder Nirvi was also always available to us especially when we had a few hiccups and helped us resolve everything quickly. They also did  a couple of complimentary follow up visits to maintain and do quality checks on the plants, and their horticulturist chaithra continues to be available for us for over WhatsApp for any quick queries. .it was a good experience overall and we are glad we picked neo roots to do our landscaping. Would Highly recommend!

I got to know about Neo Roots Designs through a friend and recently had the pleasure of working with them. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their team demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that set them apart. My backyard now looks more aesthetic and beautiful.
Kudos to the team. If you are not just looking for aesthetic but also praticality, then this is right place for you to get your landscaping done.

One star for the relationship manager  who promptly visited the site but never ever got back with a quote and actionable. Too 'busy' to accept new assignments. Either their boss is traveling or their project managers are eternally busy or they have vendor issues. I hope they improve their bandwidth and become more professional with time.

We contacted NeoRoots via their Instagram page and they were responsive right from then. They called and set up an appointment with one of their client relationship managers, Srikanth. He came and checked our terrace space, took measurements, came back with the proposed designs. The whole interaction felt so comfortable and all of our inputs and requirements were taken into consideration, and in cases where something else would be better they did suggest that based on their experience. Once the design phase was complete, the execution started and was completed in 2 weeks.
During execution, a site engineer was appointed, Harsha who took care of the various vendors and aspects of getting things installed.  The quality of products used and vendors that NeoRoots works with are all good at what they do and hence the output is excellent.
We were relieved that all the coordination with vendors and getting the necessary material was taken care of by NeoRoots with complete ownership. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get their terrace, balcony or garden done up. Thank you NeoRoots.

Can’t begin to explain how incredible this team is! All my gardening issues have sorted out within 2 visits! I’m now also a proud owner of many plants thanks to NeoRoots! The service, Maintenance, consulting for anything related to landscape and more is just amazing!

I see positive reviews here but my experience was mediocre.
Positives: Lots of staff to do work, suggest  and recommend. Rendering of 3D views good. Exceptional Presales work gives clients confidence but my project’s delivery was poor.

Issues: Had to redo tiling work multiple times due of obvious problems that I had to spot. Supervision quality poor resulting in rework. Relies on 3rd party contractors and hence wasn’t able to meet timelines. Lawn laying substandard. Gave up and closed the project

Neoroots team has been a pleasure to work with. They took up landscaping of our terrace. Right from the requirements to the implementation, care was taken for every minute details. They were enthusiastic, responsive  and did a great job. Would like to thank Project Manager Tarun and Designer Shrikant for the extra efforts they put, to make things happen on time and with care given to every detail.

I got my backyard landscaping done by them.
Design, coordination and approachability was good.
However the water body was not great as the pump was non functional. After repeatedly telling them it was changed.
Coming to plants enormously expensive  and nothing fancy.
Overall an expensive affair.

Neoroots helped us with doing up our balcony and indoor garden. We have also taken a maintenance package with them which is very helpful as I don’t have a green thumb. We are very happy and satisfied with the service provided by Neoroots. Would highly recommend their service.

Very bad experience with the vendor. Their business model is good but execution is bizarre. Project management skill is very bad . Do not  minute customer’s reviews and implement.. No value for money. Too many cooks get involved and no stakeholder.  Lot of surprises while excuting  the project . Plants bill vs net supplied had huge difference .  Passion for the work lacked.

They have the ability to get everything done from scratch and things they had to offer in one place. It was a one stop solution for all our home needs. We had the option to choose according to our budget. Irrespective of how small or big the budget is of the client, they had a lot of options to choose from and offered premium looks in the finishing.

Neoroots team has been helping me for over a year now. My garden has never been so lush green and beautiful and it keeps getting better . Thoroughly impressed with the team of horticulturist who regularly visit for upkeep, maintenance and beautification .Thank you team neoroots.

Designs are great... quotes are worst..... service providers margins are very high if it crosses 20 percent... but I feel their quotes are way too much than that
Again if anyone wants to pay for the fantastic designs yes u can.

Just finished my project with them, the team was very helpful. From the design to execution, they totally nailed the brief that i had provided. Had some very original ideas for my terrace garden. Cannot wait to enjoy my new lovely space.
