Passing through banglore i Visited this outlet today 16 Feb 2026 night time after 10 pm...
The station was open and actively dispensing fuel. However, when I requested air for my tyres, I was informed by the Manager that air service is not provided after 10 PM due to lack of staff. The air machine was locked.
Provision of free air at fuel stations is generally treated as a basic customer facility under standard retail outlet norms in India. Denial of such a facility while continuing commercial fuel operations raises concerns regarding customer service obligations and potential deficiency of service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Requesting clarification from management regarding official policy on night time air service.

They say 24/7 beverages are available, but when I went today they told it'll be open by 10:15pm. Anyways I was waiting for the rain to stop , till 11 nothing started, though the rain stopped .
Tell the person with specs to smile a little and talk little politely

1 star because i went for AIR for my bike and the attendant said it will take time. I stood there then he said air is not present.
I stood there then a car arrived behind me and started congestion then he came and filled AIR which was not present.

Pathetic service to send customer away because of laziness.

Shell Petrol Bunk is a reliable 24/7 stop, convenient for late-night refueling. However, disappointingly, there's no tea available after midnight or 11. The store is smaller than other Shell locations, limiting the variety. Despite this, it remains a dependable option for fuel needs, especially during odd hours.

Not commenting on quality. But diesel price and same for petrol is 50% more. Like diesel other pumps is 87 you pay 126 or so… wonder will you get so much compensated by mileage and other factors..

Filled Petrol at this place on 15th Oct 7:29 AM for 1100/-
The guy who filled petrol said payment is not received He said It was timed out. He said it will be reversed to my account within 24 HRS.
So I had to pay 1100 again.
GPay said payment is received by the merchant (petrol pump).
It's been more than 56 hrs.
I've not received the refund from Petrol Station.

As a shell user this petrol pump has been dreadful, after numerous other issues I went in for engine oil change they suggested a wrong engine oil 0W 30 instead of 5W30 fortunately I knew.

On putting the car up on ramp the singular oil change guy was asking me to change wheel alignment whilst lifting up. Considering the risk I asked him to please suggest a straight path after 3 failed attempts he kept on arguing leading to reverse and banging into another car. Fortunately no damage was done and this person was completely neglectful of his duty afterwards. I asked for another person to change oil but since no one else was there besides him to change oil I left without doing so.

Avoid at all costs if you can

One of the worst petrol pump. They are not giving bill. I informed before putting fuel. But after the payment they denied to give bill. Not sure but I think they are doing some fraud that's why they argue for bill. My bill amount was RS 1100+ so what is the issue with giving bill. I called to customer care too but they are also useless, don't listen to us and just cut the call. I was a regular customer of Shell from past few years but now decided to not go to Shell petrol pump anywhere in India after this fraud and irresponsible customer care.

First time I went two months ago where I got oil changes for my car. They found coolant was less and topped up . It was a good experience
I went today voluntarily to get the oil changed . This time I got looted with un necessary flush of coolant liquid and was forced to buy 5 litres coolant.
Additional top up of oil by the attendant.
Overall not a good experience this time
Have to be very careful with this kind of services

The Petrol Pump is yet open. Still under construction but looks like it will be ready soon.

Shell petrol pump is open petrol and diesel but Rs 9 and Rs 10above other petrol stations like HP and BP and Indian Oil.

Fuel is available but air is available.Quality of fuel is better than other petrol stations in the area and good mileage and but the price is higher by Rs 2 than other petrol stations. They don’t charge any money for checking Air it is free instead of paying money at other petrol stations.This is the only petrol station in Domlur area.The other petrol station on old airport road is closed or no stock all the time.Rs 2 is charged for Rs 200 using credit card and depending about the amount

Tried to scam me by checking Engine oil levels. Ideally the engine oil of cars need to be checked after the engine is stopped for some time. They check the levels immediately and then try to scare you by saying that you'll have to refill it immediately.

And i saw the expire date which is jannuary 2025
