Visited one plus store in falcan city mall and bought a phone. It's our second visit. Adil attended us both during our visits. He is polite and professional enough  with explaining things. He made our shopping easier.

I tried reaching out to the OnePlus Store at Forum Mall, Kanakapura Road multiple times, but no one answers the calls. I didn’t expect this kind of experience from a brand like OnePlus. When customers try to contact the store for information, offers, or assistance, calls should be attended promptly. This lack of responsiveness gives a poor impression of the store’s service quality.

Adil was very helpful with informing me about the One Plus 15. He helped with the smooth transition from my old device to my new.
