They take money for repair but the laptop will show the same issue after 1 week i went 4 to 5 times for repair of my laptop but there was same issue after taking my laptop back

I won't even give 1 star

Utterly pathetic service,kept my laptop for around 45 days, and they took around 2 weeks just to identify the issue and then eventually they said that the whole motherboard has to be replaced which would cost around 13000,they never reach out to the customer, you always have to follow up with them. And when I collected my laptop back it had several new scratches on the body. Don't make the mistake of giving your laptop for repair here

Pathetic service and untrustworthy. Had Power on issue with my laptop. After keeping laptop for more than a week mr Saleem told its fixed. The issue recurs within a day and this gentlemen now tells me to leave it for another few days with no guarantee of fixing it. Or have the chip he replaced,  removed to be able to refund amount. Apparently leaving me no option. I Had no option but to bear the loss without the fix.  Wish i had not given him my laptop. Be careful guys!!

Its my 2nd visit and truly i say the service is not just fast, IT'S SUPER FAST,
Let me Explain how in detail, &  short in last.
My train was direct to Trivandrum from my native place, but as my laptop stopped to take a breath I changed my plan to visit K K COMPUTERS first then Trivandrum
Now My train was @2:55 pm (traveling to trivandrum from Bangalore) and I reached to bangalore @11:40 From My Native, Now somehow I reached to K K Computers @12:30pm, I submitted my laptop, said all problem/issue with reques and said about train @2:55, seriously I was lucky bcoz they repaired my laptop before 2:20pm and also I got my train on Time.
In Short.
K K COMPUTERS servicing is very fast, that's the reason I changed my traveling plan.

They are very professional. They helped me recover my lost data. I had lost when I got to know the data couldn't be recovered at all but they bought a tool from outside and got my data back.

Trust them they help you get back your lost data

Had a problem with my laptop - it was not booting / getting on. The problem was identified as an IC issue on the motherboard and it was fixed. No other issues were there.

I had to visit twice and paid for the same problem. The problem still persists and the laptop is not working. Have taken back the laptop due to more than a month's delay for checking but shocked to find sd-card trays missing and 16 GB RAM has become 12 GB RAM . Don't know what other parts are missing inside?

No communication from them till date about the missing trays even after I have called and informed them about it long back.

Unhappy with the services and felt utterly cheated.

I visited the KK computer shop because one of my friends recommended me to this place. My external hard disk has crashed and I was not able to recover data. Although the place is quite far off from my home I decided to give it a chance as I was not able to recover any data from my two hard disks. The service of the store is really good and the owner regularly calls to provide the update of work done. They were able to recover the data from one of the disks and it was reasonably good job. Also if we look at the charges from other stores, it is quiet reasonable. I would recommend this place to people who have problems with the hard drives.

This place is a hidden gem. They are very reasonable and their service is extra quick. I had a problem finding DDR2 Ram for my laptop, they not only had it at their shop but fixed it in 10 minutes. What was awesome was I saved Rs.400 on this. One other place quoted Rs.1000 and K K Computer charged me Rs.600. I asked for keyboard price, Shivanand -the owner said, "why you want to change the whole keyboard we can fix the one key that is missing on your laptop. Integrity comes from places you least expect. The place is run by Shivanand and his Partner with other 90% staff being girls. This was the first time I saw girls working on laptops and repairing them efficiently. What a way to empower women. Hats off to the owners. Love this place, I will be taking 2 other laptops that have been sitting at home. Strongly recommend this place. They are awesome.

The best laptop service centre I ever came across. They did chip level service to the motherboard of my 8 years old Dell XPS L502x laptop for which Dell authorised service centre denied to take up the same.
KK computers Shivanad and team are working sincerely and for the full satisfaction of customers. They charged me very reasonable price. I appreciate their attitude towards customers.

Got my Asus Vivobook 16x screen replaced here due to a screen failure. Very satisfied with their service.

It's a very nice place to repair your laptop. Don't hasitate. They are very friendly, on-time service. Also price reasonable. Over all a trusted service provider, you won't get the same like this

They tried to steal parts of the laptop. first they removed the rubber pads on it and put some cheap plastic. when my husband noticed, they said they lost it. i know how hard it is to get the original rubber pads and those people are flicking it and reselling those. then they insisted on not opening the laptop in front of my husband but leaving it with them even though the job they had to do was a 20 minute one. i am sure they replaced part inside the laptop and got the original ones. tomorrow morning we are going back to reclaim our original parts. Unacceptable.

I have come here couple of times for personal laptop service. They are very responsive and professional. Price is nominal and the quality of service is good.

The stars can't get any lower than this. Horrible place to fix a laptop, big con artists, next level con artists, absolutely HORRIBLE. They messed  up and even quicker to cover it up and say it wasn't them. Very professional, not in their services but clearly in the art of scamming cutomers.
