its a value for money hotel opposite diamond district just near domlur bridge..... manipal hospital and leela hotel is just 5 min walk.. rooms are basic but neat and nice.... ac tv hot water etc upto the mark.... above all its very reasonably priced as of now..... staff is helpful and courteous.... especially front desk Navin.... always smiling and ready to help....

The bedsheets were in terrible condition, shedding lint that stuck all over our clothes and completely ruined several of our dresses and shirts. Tv was not working.The room itself was very noisy, making it difficult to relax. The air conditioner produced a harsh, disturbing sound, and the tap kept dripping water nonstop throughout the day. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience.

This has been the worst booking experience I have had in all my years of travel.

I booked a hotel room through the Goibibo application, and the booking was fully confirmed after successful payment. I received all booking notifications and confirmation details without any issue.

However, on the day of check-in at around 10:50 AM, I received a call from the hotel stating that the room I had booked was already sold out and that no rooms were available. When I questioned how this was possible despite having a confirmed booking, I was told that the availability had been updated by the hotel on Goibibo, yet I was still able to complete the booking and make payment.

I was assured by the hotel staff that the refund would be processed. After continuously following up for two days, I was then told to contact Goibibo customer care for the refund.

When I asked to speak with the manager, a person named Shiva spoke to me and behaved extremely unprofessionally, lacking basic manners. Despite explaining the entire situation, he claimed that the issue was Goibibo’s mistake and stated that the hotel had not received any payment. When I asked about the staff member who had earlier guaranteed the refund, he denied responsibility, saying that the person was “new.”

When I mentioned filing a consumer complaint, he responded arrogantly that they have advocates and would handle it legally.

This has been a horrible experience with both the hotel and its employees. The lack of accountability, unprofessional behavior, and complete disregard for the customer is unacceptable.

I am proceeding with filing a formal complaint against the hotel. The case number and further updates will be attached accordingly.

I strongly advise others not to book this hotel, as their mentality and behavior towards customers are extremely disappointing.

Worst experience i have ever seen, its too horrible, for each and every thing they ask extra charges. I booked hotel for twoo days and for visitor they asking more then booking price, for early check in they asking exta price more then hotel booking price

Rooms are dirty and visitors not allowed. No space for extra bed and they ask the guest to pay extra amount to sleep on the floor.

The fourth floor was a bar and the room were both dirty and poorly maintained. The toilet was absolutely the worst part. Honestly, if you’re drunk and just need a place to crash, maybe it’ll do, but otherwise, avoid it at all costs.

The hotel manager is too money minded and very rude. They ask to pay 300rs money even for one hour extra and 400rs for small coffee stain

The contact number provided for the property is not reachable. The receptionist is requesting for Rs 700 extra for allowing 2 hour early check in even though all the rooms are vacant. The receptionist is very good at playing PUBG but worst when it comes to hospitality. Property owner rakes no responsibility when it comes to resolving disputes. Booked it for 1 night but would not recommend others as there are similar properties nearby.

This place is worst full of cigarette smoke and drunk people. We have booked it for a family for 3 nights and had terrible experience. Service is too bad. Staff is irresponsible and unintelligible. Rooms are good but full of cigarette smell and smoke. Same with the lift too. I was unable to bear the smell in the lift till I went to my floor. There is no car parking also. Please don't visit this restaurant. You will get better restaurant for the same price. Please don't get scammed by looks.

Had a pretty decent experience in the hotel. Rooms are a little compact but the price made up for it. Only downside is food and the bar and alcohol counter makes it not a family friendly hotel specially if you are a very orthodox family but a great place for bachelor. I would suggest to check out the Thallasery Restaurant 2 blocks away great food

The rooms are too small.  AC was working properly,  hygiene was good.
DONT ORDER FOOD FROM THERE MENU. THEY SERVED VEG SOUP WITH FISH SMELL. When complained didn't even bother to replace the food or return the money.  THE RECEPTIONIST CHARGED 60RS FOR 2 LITRE WATER BOTTLE. (Shivabasava). He took money in his personal account.  After asking 3 ppl, still couldn't get one glass of hot water & No hot water to bath too !!

Hotel in on the main road, just beside shutters they have GD Bar and from the hotel entrance they have Bar at fourth floor which makes place full of dirty smell
Of alcohol n cigarettes.
Room was not that much good as expected and the washroom was too small.
This hotel is good for 1 night or day stay in an emergency not more than that.
Not suggested for families n ladies .

I had a wonderful stay at MySpace Express GD Inn. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located, with great amenities. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service from Sudheer and Manish. They were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel for its great facilities, convenient location, and outstanding staff. I’ll definitely return next time I'm in town!

Nice hotel to stay, charged me 700 for 3 hours early checkin. it is near to beverage shop which might be inconvenient for families.  Complimentary breakfast was nice.  Lift available. Con is that they don't allow delivery person to come near door. Also the door lock id stopped working and need to ask the hotel for master key twice. TV was not working

The room and washroom were clean and the hotel was also very clean. They first said that the water bottles and the breakfast will be complementary but when we later asked for the extra water bottle they charged for the water bottle and in fact they charged more than the market rate per bottle and for the breakfast we asked for the pure veg food but at the next morning they bring breakfast with an egg and they told that they cook all the veg and non veg food togather at same place.

The location of this hotel is good as it's on the main road of the old airport road. The room is quite small and the washroom is even smaller. I stayed here for a week and the breakfast they serve in the morning is worse. No choice of breakfast. Service is very slow and reception doesn't pick up the call. There is a pub above this hotel which plays loud music in the night and there is a wine shop below this hotel and a local bar is there so the crowd which comes here is not that great.

The rooms are not that big but it is extremely cozy and pocket friendly, more so if you plan to stay for a short period.
The staff is also helpful and they even provided me with an iron box so that I could iron my clothes.
The complimentary breakfast is decent, and the rooms have all the basic amenities.

I am trying to reach them to book the rooms.  Multiple calls to the numbers went unanswered.  Even the help desk which is supposed to be 24 hrs connects after the BOT responds then it automatically gets disconnected.  I am surprised that a big hotel like does not have a dedicated number, which is working, to call.

Rooms were good. The service was really really great. The stay was worth every penny. For the stay throughout they provided breakfast on time and food was good as well. Very easily reachable place and have lots happening in the vicinity like tech offices, bars and pubs. Street food in the area is really a blessing.
Really appreciate the hotel management for being so accommodating and kudos to your customer satisfaction efforts.

For price tag it’s good option. I would have given 4 or 5, had room keepers would have been doing there job getting room cleaned was big challenge from them. On last day washroom was leaking.
Other than that reception staff was good and polite.
