In this edition of Champions of BYG, we raise our glasses to someone whose dedication, humility, and heart have made a lasting mark on our journey — Md Jasim Ahmad Rahmani, *Senior Facility Executive* and one of our most committed crew members for nearly 7 years.

Jasim’s story with BYG began at our Hennur outpost, before he became an essential part of the Sarjapur family. Coming from a humble background, Jasim has consistently stood out for his hard work, sincerity, and an unwavering commitment to making every guest experience a memorable one.

For Jasim, BYG isn’t just a workplace — it’s family. What he cherishes most is how every team member is seen, valued, and supported. One moment that stayed with him was during the lockdown, when BYG not only credited salaries on time but also ensured the team had groceries and essentials. That gesture, he says, deepened his bond with the brand and made him feel truly cared for.

Jasim finds joy in seeing guests leave with a smile — it’s his daily motivation and the reason he gives his best, every single shift. And while he loves everything on the menu, it’s the cafeteria food that brings him the most comfort — a simple pleasure that keeps him going.
