Installation part excellent but service side ZERO. Waste of Your Time and Money.

Dear Justdial, please save the peoples money by removing the reference of this vendor from your portal. Or help us in fixing the issue we are facing from this respected Vendor.

We choosen this Vendor for our apartment premises and we provisioned the CCTV to most of the area which includes 37  camera of various type as per the suggestion given by Mr. Keshav.

Seamless installation and setup done by the Team. Installation wise excellent JOB.
After the installation they visited our site for couple issues and rectified it.

After that reaching to Mr. Keshav and his team is really challenging. He never reject any request we do. He always say we will visit and rectify. whenever he answers our call he will convence they are coming to rectify the issue. But they never turnup for the promised date and time.

Now he is not answering our call. If we try with new number he receives and after listening to our voice he will disconnect the call.

We have a issue with couple of harddisk, his team said harddisk is out of warranty, we agreed and asked to replace it by sending the proper quote for the approvals. The request we raised a month before, till now his team doesn`t care to resolve the issue.

The warranty towards harddisk if we check online, it says need to contact the provider for further information as that is purchased as bulk. So no enough info we get from Seagate and from Mr. Keshav team they say to reduce money you guys choosen only 2 Years of warranty etc.

We are ready to provide the necessary charges for the harddisk but still their team least bother to come onsite.

Never expected this poor response/service from a person whom we trusted alot.

We had a very disappointing experience with BlueBrox. Mr. Keshav Murthy, the owner, came across as extremely polite and convincing during the initial discussions. However, once the service was confirmed, the professionalism and responsiveness completely vanished.

He stopped responding to calls, and his team was equally unaccountable. There were several instances of excessive cabling carried out without our knowledge or approval, which led to confusion and unnecessary cost escalation.

Attempts to get support for compliance or even basic technical clarification were met with silence. This kind of service approach raises serious concerns about reliability and commitment.

We expected much more from a company that presents itself professionally. Strongly recommend exercising caution when dealing with BlueBrox.

The owner Mr.Murali was great support. He was really nice and sorted out all issues.

I got a good deal from my automation work.

The interior design work was also not up to expectations. Overall, the service quality was very poor and not worth the cost. I would not recommend their services
