Pathetic service, no concern for the patient, equipment goes off not giving proper report and they give number of technical reasons for it. Please do not opt for this distributor in Bangalore they are negligent, even if doctor suggest their name show them this feedback. My father is a diabetic patient and his finger is in too much pain due to the way they have performed the test, all night he was in pain and the reports aren’t giving any conclusive details. Plus the person came late in morning to remove the equipment after multiple follow ups.

Bought a brand new sleep acmeia machine from them and it's not worked properly even for a single day.  They have given us 2 years warranty for the product and are not bothered at all now to sort our issue.  Mr Ramesh from Manoj Distributor is threatening us when we are asking him to replace the machine or refund our money.  Horrible people to deal with.  They are thugs.

The oxymed oxgen concentrator 10L eco supplied by this distributor is the worst. The noise it makes is like a diesel generator. The patient is unable to sleep. Though there was a cheaper & better model, i was made to understand that this was the latest model. They know poor patients are at the mercy & vulnerable of such & this is how they are exploited. Though there is policy to return the product, i was refused & an alernative machine worse than the previous was given. It is lying unused. Run only 22hrs. the patient continues to use the 5lt Homemedix concentrator after paying Rs67K. The noise is more than 70db

I’m an NRI from USA and was hoping to get a good customer service. This company has yet to train the staff for accurate and good service. As of now they provide the third world poor service. They do not take down your name or number, pretend they can deliver and when it comes to delivery they do not respond to your messages or phone calls because they do not have what you want. In my case it was a portable oxygen cylinder. I ended up calling them with a different phone and they indeed picked up only to tell me they do not have it. That’s typical of a poor country third world service.

Do not buy equipment or service from this company... I took service for sleep study test based on suggestion from one of the doctor... The report was not proper and doctor asked to take sleep study test one more time... It's waste of money..
These people don't care about customers..

This review is to talk about the customer centricity of Mr. Manoj. We needed an NIV mask for my father. When the NIV mask they supplied didn’t match the hospital specifications, Mr. Manoj went all out trying to get connectors and even a replacement mask. I am thankful for his help and efforts for arranging the mask, so my father could breathe.. thank you so much!

The shop is a fraud. The staff is very rude and is not at all friendly towards Senior citizen/handicapped. Their service support is also highly unprofessional. Please avoid this distributor.

He is a cheater plz don't take products for rent. After wards he screams and tell you have broken and damaged and wants extra money. Plz don't purchase or take on for rent from him

This ppl have the products but charges are really high compared to other vendors, they mint money thats the only intension they have its better to look for other vendors.
