Im dealing with Mohan(SoftTech ) very Good Dealer for Refurbished Laptops and desktop and even he is having Open Box Laptops which is unused almost New Condition that too he gives in best reasonable price … Highly Recommend

They took my laptop for a month and still wasn't able to figure out what was wrong with it. After endless phone calls of asking 2 more days on my 4 visit to the shop I told them to give it back, if they can't repair it .
At last i got my laptop back but the bolts were missing both on the outside and inside (except main bolts ). I know that because I opened my own laptop and tried changing batteries before giving them (it didn't work).
I will never go there again.

Very good communication and very good fast service

They took my USA laptop’s charger and gave me Indian charger and then arguing that we have Indian charger even though we have just one laptop and one charger. Very irresponsible people later we got it after checking cctv.

Bad experience faced .....
1. Found cracks while receiving at Keyboard touch pad after service/ repair ...
2. Laptop charger not given back after repair and as per technician..same has been given to another customer ...

Worst service simply avoid calls and tell stories finally they take ur product back how should we trust whether they have taken any items from given items don't know I never Seen such kind of person 25 days over not even reply or picking calls

Bad communication, we ask any quaries they answer lagines.

I purchased dell display monitor 22 inches for my home cc tv coverages  ,0I am very happy with the system provided by soft tech mathikere both mohan sir and sushma madam are friendly and propose the system as per our need. Thank you
