i have ordered itani chai..they sent me adrak chai.. mathri 3 packets were missing.. when i called them..that lady Janvi 8088334361..she said sorry mam galti se bhejh diya adrak achai and said sorry for missing items ..thats means inlogo ne acceot kiya ki order mein 2 items missing hain.. ab ye refund dene se mana kar rahe hain.. what is this nonsense??? customer se paise kha ke apni salaries loge kya?? bina order bhejhe customer ko lootna hai?? third class service hai aapki.. hamara time aur paise dono waste kiye..stupid ppl
