This is probably one of the worst hotel accommodations I’ve stayed in while in Bangalore.
Why, you ask? Oh, where do I even begin.

After a long day of travel, all you’d want is a clean shower and a bit of rest, right? Not here. The water feels slimy, as if it hasn’t been filtered or cleaned in ages. You’ll need two rounds of bathing just to feel halfway fresh. Even worse😭, after taking bath your body starts to itch, you feel like you haven’t taken a bath to begin with😭 wth

The breakfast are pretty basic. You’d have only 1 or 2 options.

Expecting even basic hospitality? Don’t. The staff barely acknowledge your presence, and good luck trying to get help when you need it.

They proudly mention a “complimentary water bottle,” which means exactly one bottle for your entire day. (Mind you other hotels like Bloom provide unlimited water bottles, even complementary juices, *this is not a PR, just speaking out of disappointment and realised how good bloom actually was)

The rooms look like they’ve been trapped in the 1990s, with zero maintenance. The carpets and rugs haven’t seen a wash in forever, and walking barefoot feels like playing “guess the bacteria.”

This booking was arranged by my organization, and we usually stay in places like Bloom or other reputed hotels. But this time, due to unavailability, we ended up here, and it was a complete disaster🤮

Only 3 bros are there who manage literally everything. The manager lady is so rude(she literally called me late in the night after I shared this review to take it down and was straight up denying the fact that they are outdated and have no proper maintainance, her words were to be very precise “don’t teach me how to run a business okay?”, the amenities are below basic standards, and honestly, whatever could go wrong with a hotel experience does go wrong here.

I’ll be requesting my organization to blacklist this hotel immediately. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, not even for a night. For the price that you’re paying that is 4000 bucks per day, you can get better options like Bloom, Fabhotel etc. I don’t even know how these other folks have given 5 star reviews, they definitely haven’t got a taste of what an actual 3-star hotel experience looks like.

Reasons why you shouldn’t go for this hotel.
1. Their cook is not available, hence you won’t get any food services, you have to order from outside.
2. After 10, there’s no home service available, if you want a bottle of water, you need to go downstairs to collect that.
3. After 10, even there’s any issues in your room and call them, nobody will pick up the call.
4. Nobody sits in the reception, hence any outsiders can sneak inside, a lot of tike my food delivery partner came and asked “nobody is there in the reception, where shall I keep your food?”
5. Apparently the manager has authority to hang up your call on face (because it’s after 10 PM), if anything happens at night, and you reach him he will shut the door on your face as well.

If you want to get all these services after paying, then you go for it.

Comfortable stay at a prime location. Well behaved staffs, made to order food, what else you want on a business trip.

A nice cozy place. Not too fancy. It's part of a section of a larger building. Clean air-conditioned rooms. Clean linen. Breakfast free. Coffee and tea available through room service.

Worst service from the hotel. Do not go if you don’t want to ruin your holiday.

I enjoyed the stay at the coffee bean. The stay here was really good and comfortable. The staff here are really friendly and responded to my queries. Especially manager Anand.

The room is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Neat and clean bathroom. Daily room service/cleaning and everything is good.

Food is very homely.
Guest privacy is considered.

Good service. More of a service apartment than a hotel situated in the middle of HSR layout. If you are looking for an apartment style stay, this will be perfect.

No one at the check in counter. Had to wait 30 mins for someone to show up. After calling them only was someone sent after 15 mins
Room was not ready even though I was there 1 hour after the check in time. Had to wait for 20 more minutes
No cook available. So much for trying out the praised food here. Had to get food from outside.

Bare minimum channels on TV. Looks like even on more expensive rooms like Executive rooms they are not able to afford 19 Rs./Month for sports channels like Star Sports.

The staff was courteous though. They did apologize for the inconvenience. However, the situation shouldn't even have come down to that
The rooms are spacious and bathroom very clean (credit goes to the staff for keeping it that way). Beds are quite comfortable.

I would be hesitant to recommend this place to others at this price at least. First impression is the last impression they say, and the impression was not at all at par with the expectations set based on the 4.X star reviews!

Okayish. I stayed in both bloom hotel and coffee bean in hsr. Bloom hotel in sector 3 was far better at a similar price.

Things that could be better: bed sheet in room, one additional single bed in the room when I booked hotel for only one person, I booked the executive room and still they gave me the basic one, Mattress on the single bed was ~6 inch smaller than the bed, water is filtered or something, it was hard to remove soap from my face, only one item in the breakfast that too is decided by the staff.

All good! I visit frequently. Rooms are good. Surroundings are also good for food and chilling.

Everything here was so good...the services, the food everything was up to mark..! Behavior and support from staff was really great..! You will feel this place like a home

The staff is very courteous and the service is good. Mr Anand, the manager, is polite and manages the place well. Had a good stay.

Unprofessionally blemished otherwise a decent place to return. I was looking for a  part day accommodation as my flight schedules are not allowing me to stay for more than 12 hrs on the same day. Google then found this deal online but knowing that I need early check-in and to avoid waiting at the airport, I called coffee bean few days in advance asking if they allow me around 9 in the morning. Quickly offered for 200 more bucks but only if I book the stay with them, not bad so paid them in advance on a gpay number but no confirmation was sent as promised even after a follow up. Went by trust but on arrival, I was bitterly welcomed by a new rate asking me to pay 500 more. On questioning, I was told to book online for that rate where money was clearly not the issue. Also tried to charge me for complimentary breakfast though what offered was only a bread slice giving an excuse saying nothing left since its nearing 10. Except for the unprofessional behaviour and non functioning shower head, I would say it was an OK stay with barely anyone else in the hotel. Take my advice and never book directly with them.

The experience was very good at Coffee Bean Inn. The quality of service and rooms at that promising price was a good deal. Rooms very clean and tidy. Overall Coffee Bean Inn lived upto my expectation. Would love you visit again when I'm back in Bangalore.

This is one of the best places to stay as it's right in the heart of  the city. One can easily reach there through cabs. It is accessible and everything( restaurants, hospital, shopping spots etc. ) is a walk away from here. It is well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable, safe and peaceful stay.

It’s a spacious and well-kept room with all the necessary amenities. The have great service that makes you feel at home. It’s in a prime location at such an affordable price. Would definitely stay there again.

I always say here during my bangalore or south india trips. The hotel rooms are big clean and you dont see any cost unnecessary cost cutting happening in the infrastructure.  The owner and staff are sweet as well as helpful. Good going coffee bean in. This is maybe the 25th time i have checked in to your hotel. Looking forward to more stays
