This is one of the most professional Property advisors that I engaged with. There are no hidden charges, no false promises, and no over commitments. All the terms of the deal was property captured and shared in few bullets (instead of a huge document that no one reads). No phone calls or whatsapp messages went unaddressed. There was a timely response as well as updates with respect to any change of plan (well in advance). I had engaged with Rahul Y - who is a pleasure to work with. I wish them the best.

I had a great experience. Faraz provided excellent service and was very helpful throughout the process.

I am an owner living in New York. It was easy to speak to Houzey, get my flat ready after tenant vacated and get a new tenant. I like their full service model at flat fee instead of charging 8-10% rent that other agencies are charging.

We reached out to this agency to rent flats, but they insisted on completing formalities before connecting us with the owner. Their sole motivation seems to be financial gain. Regrettably, there’s no transparency in their operations.

I’ve personally witnessed numerous tenants encountering severe issues with this company. Please exercise caution and avoid trusting them; they’re nothing short of fraudsters. Unless you’re prepared to risk losing your money, it’s not worth the potential consequences.

Really pathetic! They only act as the owners are their client and these guys and the owners are doing some favour on the tenants by giving the flat or giving back the deposit post deduction. Even after all the deduction, the owners were holding our amount and these guys without discussing with us or even trying to tell the owners that this is an agreement breach, they told us that owner will give the money being held when all the painting, and other works are done and that we shouldn’t argue for 12k. WTH? THIS IS OUR MONEY. Post all the deduction the owners have no right to hold even a single penny. And these guys they didn’t even tell us this at the first place. When asked how can they hold the money, these guys are saying that they convinced owner to release at least this amount. The owners want to hold additional 12k. Why are they having to convince the owners in the first place? This is our money that the owners have to pay. They called us saying we made the payment released in 6days, if we wanted we could have given after 7days as per the agreement. So I want to say this to RAHUL FROM ORO, you’re not doing any favour on us. The remaining deposit post deduction has to be released in 7days. The owners have no right to keep any money at hold apart from the deduction. If you can’t make the owners understand this then this is your in capability.

ORO Proptech (Formerly Houzey) is managing my property since 2021 and yet there hasn’t been any single issue from the tenants end or our end. I am completely impressed by their work, time management, quick response and quality work. I highly recommend the company to all the remote owners.

Fraudsters sitting in this firm. They collect money and do no work. We got cheated by these people. They showed us a few flats and we confirmed on one. We paid one month rent as token. They agreed the flat will be ready by May last week. Accordingly, I booked my furnitures and planned to shift by May last week. On the previous day of shifting, they called and told me that the flat is no longer available. And since then, both owners and the people at this firm won’t answer my calls. Few days later, I tried from another number and found out that the flat got leased for a higher amount. If they wanted more money, they could’ve just asked me before taking the token amount. These people caused a total loss of Rs. 2,00,000 for me. The truck arrived at the location and we had no place to unload.
