I’ve been visiting this gym for a month now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall experience. My trainer Bigin is very friendly, motivating and attentive — he guides you with proper form and customize workouts based on your goals. Infact if anybody is having a goal in your mind about how you want to train your body-please register for Bigin trainer for personal training sessions. Overall the gym is clean and spacious, making workouts comfortable. The staff are friendly, and the environment feels motivating rather than intimidating. This gym is very beginner friendly. Always kept clean and hygienic. The equipments and exercise mats are sanitised from time to time. The place is not overcrowded which is the best thing when you want to work out, its mostly moving crowd here so you have enough attention. My trainer Bigin is extremely friendly and supportive. He is very good at what he does and always motivates to do more. He keeps pushing and also understands our concerns well, since I am a beginner. The journey so far is very good. I’m very positive about the results I am going to have here!
