I purchased a TV from Croma HSR Layout, and it has been 3 days, but no one has come for installation yet.
I have followed up multiple times, but there is no proper response or coordination from the store or installation team.

This has been a very bad experience and is disappointing, especially from a brand like Croma. When customers buy a TV, timely installation is basic service, which has completely failed in my case.

I hope the Croma team takes this seriously and improves their after-sales service and installation support.

As my my Iphone 17 was stolen few days back I visited today to HSR Croma (I love TATA service & have TATA NEU CARD as well) to buy Iphone 17 pro max and the store staff were not helping at all. First of all they didn't even offer us help and after we asked for help to one staff instead of helping us he asked us to call the other staff and when we asked the other staff, he was also little rude to us and ignored our query & left us waiting. So in the HSR store itself we searched other chroma near by and we found Minakhi Mall croma has better rating so went there and they offered us good service and offers as well. So finally got a brand new iPhone 17 pro max from Royal Minakshi Croma. Thanks for not helping me HSR CROMA so that I could get better deal 👍🏻(I wish I could give you guys 0 rating)

Been here to look for a cooler and bought a Symphony 40L cooler.
They had wide range of cooler in different brands. The employees were very good at explaining how it works as well as the technical parts.
We very late but still this person named Farooq didn’t mind to go overtime and  helped us in checking the product after buying and made sure no defects are there

Pathetic and immacurate service provided by Bharat. I went to buy a new phone in exchange of a new one around 8. My backup was taking way longer than usual because of bad network or wifi in the store. Instead of helping me make the transfer of data happen faster he threatened that the store is closing so leave the phone and come back tomorrow- no solutioning what so ever.

Went there to explore a TV. The salesperson explained well. I got a very reasonable deal, so purchased the tv. However the TV was not is stock so they got it delivered to my home the next day and promised the installation would take place on the same day,which actually happened full marks in that. I wnted to see  few other models, but they had very few models for display which is disappointing. for mobiles they have good collections but not most of them.

Terrible service. No one responds once the product is delivered. We ordered a water purifier, but a damaged unit arrived. We immediately raised a replacement complaint, and while the replacement arrived two days later, we’ve had no response from the showroom regarding the installation.

I am writing this review to highly commend the service I received from Prabhakar at the HSR store today.
I was looking to purchase a new air conditioning system, and the selection process felt overwhelming due to the sheer number of models and technical specifications. When I approached Prabhakar he immediately provided knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly clear assistance.
He took the time to explain the complex features of the different AC units which was instrumental in helping me understand how each feature would benefit my home and budget.
Crucially, he listened carefully to my needs and ultimately recommended the best possible unit for my specific situation. He clearly prioritized finding the right fit for the customer over simply upselling, which I greatly appreciated.

Perfect place to buy electronic items. I have purchased 3 apple products from this store and would like to mention about excellent service offered by Mr Syed who is friendly and polite. He not only arranged the products required by me in a quick time and also gave a good deal on my old phone in exchange.

We came to purchase a laptop and met with Ateeq Ahmed and really very happy from the entire process from his side.
He made us understand the complete requirements and then accordingly suggested a laptop which was as per our requirement.
We sincerely thanks Ateeq Ahmed for his wonderful explanation and proper guidance.
Really appreciate the work he is doing and got our trust build on Croma because of people like Ateeq Ahmed.

Only setback is the delivery was done a day late. They need to improve the delivery process.

Pathetic service!!!! Trying to book a service request for my Newly purchased Phillips induction. It’s been about more than a week and they couldn’t arrange a technicians. And they are lying again and again. The person named Sukanya will be of no help as she lies on the face. This was the last time I’m purchasing anything from Croma. Biggest mistake of my life. And I would suggest everyone not to purchase anything from croma HSR LAYOUT.

Good response back replaced the damaged piece with good follow up by the service agent Babu K.
He has did good effort to rectify the defected product replacement.

Extremely disappointing experience with Croma HSR Layout, Bangalore

I purchased an LG double-door refrigerator from Croma HSR Layout about two weeks ago, and the entire experience has been frustrating from start to finish.

Despite clearly informing the team about my urgency and need for quick delivery, it was delivered at the very last minute, forcing me to postpone my travel plans. The trade-in pickup for my old fridge happened only after multiple follow-ups over two weeks, and even after that, the installation took another week.

To make things worse, the refrigerator stand provided is faulty — it wobbles and is unstable. I have repeatedly requested that an LG technician be scheduled to fix it since this is a brand-new product, but no one has responded till now.

Both the delivery executive Manoj and his manager have been unresponsive despite several calls and messages. For a reputed brand like Croma, this kind of service and follow-up is highly disappointing.

I expected professionalism and timely support, but this experience has completely changed my opinion of Croma. Would not recommend this store to anyone looking for reliable service or customer care.

I have purchased the Semi automatic washing machine and now machine was not working which is within warranty. The complaint raised one month ago and no reasolution provided. Eavry day ticket are getting closed without sending any technician.

The worst service I ever seen

Went to buy a headphones. Found the Sony WH-CH720N for Rs. 6970. However, when I went to bill the same, the prices was increased to Rs. 8790. They claimed the price was changed and they forgot to update it. I went in the evening, but they claim the price was changed in the morning. No one even bothered to change it in the display.
They expect the customer to pay a different price than the one displayed.
I spoke to Mr. Mani who asked for a day to check and get back. But no action so far.

I purchased a Lenovo laptop from Croma Sarjapur Road, Bangalore on 17th February 2024.
The laptop came with 1 year Lenovo product warranty.
At the time of purchase, the Croma executive also convinced me to buy 1-year ADP + 1-year VSPS plan, for which I paid ₹4758. I was told this would act as an extended warranty.

My laptop stopped working, so I raised a service request on 10th November 2025 through Croma online.
They told me a technician would visit within 72 hours.

I waited for 72 hours, but nobody came.

When I called again on 13th November, the executive again asked me to “wait 24 hours”.
Every time I called, I waited 30 minutes on hold, and every time I got the same answer.

Finally, one Croma representative told me Croma will not cover the service because the 1-year period is over, and I should contact Lenovo.
They wasted 3 days of my time.

I contacted Lenovo, but they said the Lenovo warranty is already over and I should go back to Croma.

Total Confusion at Croma HSR Branch

I went to Croma HSR Layout branch, and even the staff there had no clarity about VSPS plan validity.
They talked to multiple people and finally told me the VSPS is only for 1 year from purchase date, which overlaps with Lenovo’s warranty.

So I asked:
“If Lenovo already gives me 1 year of warranty, why should I buy your VSPS plan? What benefit did I get?”

There was no clear answer.

They then told me my VSPS was still valid and I should go to the Lenovo Jayanagar service center.
I took leave from work and traveled all the way.

At Lenovo Jayanagar, I was told again that my warranty is over.

Again I contacted the Croma team (Sunil), and for 3 hours we went in circles with Lenovo and Croma on a conference call.
They kept giving contradicting explanations about VSPS, ADP, and warranty.
Some answers were misleading and confusing.

This was complete harassment, mental stress, physical stress, and waste of my time, energy, and travel money.

My Main Questions to Croma:

Why did you sell me the VSPS plan when Lenovo already covers the first year?

What benefit did I receive for the ₹4758 I paid?

Why is your staff giving contradictory and misleading information?

Why did I have to run behind Croma and Lenovo for more than 3 days with no resolution?

Croma should stop misleading customers and must clearly explain what they are selling.

I expect a proper response and resolution.

I recently bought a fridge on exchange. Only after billing was completed, I was told by the staff that the old one would be taken away at the time of delivering new one and installation will be completed within 48 hrs. I was helpless coz billing was done and money had been paid.
I kept calling the store requesting for a speedy installation considering my 2 small kids - managing without a fridge for 48 hrs wasn't a viable option for me.
48 hrs passed, sales team kept promising the installation would be done asap. But no luck. One of their TLs then found that my installation request got cancelled due to some reason which made zero sense to me.
Just wanted to share my experience so that others don't fall into the trap of exchange. There are different teams involved here with minimal coordination. I had high expectations on Croma. But i was mistaken.

Ateeq is a friendly support staff at Croma. He was helpful every time I visited the store. He helped me chose the product.. explaining all the specs and details.

The croma store has a wide range of electronics products available, which makes it easy to find what you are looking for.
The store staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell and provide excellent customer service by answering customers' questions and providing recommendations based on their needs.

The store has a clean and organized layout that makes it easy for customers to navigate and locate products.

The store has a good return and exchange policy that gives customers peace of mind when making a purchase.

Had a great experience buying devices from here.
Raju is the go to person if you are looking to buy the new iPhone. He's patient and quick, he helped us a lot in our shopping.
