Long story short....I have always wanted to train myself at a place which had a blend of body weight, traditional Indian tools, ample free and breathing space unlike the conventional gym we come across; and tagda raho served the perfect combination and atmosphere. The tools we get to see here are gada, mudgar, samtola and vajra. The advantage using them is that our core remains engaged mostly during all the movements as the center of grevity for all these far off from the point we hold them and these increases out balance and grip strength. The trainings focusses mostly on strength, mobility, hand and eye coordination because the swings are dependent on coordination. The inclusion of sand pit at the dugout makes even the easy movements look tough which in a way has its own benefits. The trainers at the HSR dugout are very friendly and they guide you through out the sessions. I have personally trained under Sahana, Ashiesh and Raghul and they are just awesome. Tagda Raho feels like home..... The perfect desi akhara with a modern touch
