We were refurbishing our pooja room; after a brief trial at another competitor's store to print the most divine pictures, I realized we had better go to G K Vale. Sujith at their HSR layout outlet just floored us with his customer service by working very patiently with around 10 images - stretching much into his lunch time. Icing on the cake was how he helped create a couple shot of my dear, departed Parents starting from their passport photos. Supritha at the front desk was very flexible to accommodate this request and explained the cost upfront. Associates like both of them are the reason customers like us don't think twice while archiving our precious moments but just come to this iconic brand. Got my pregnancy photoshoot done here. It was a wonderful experience which definitely exceeded our expectations. The team was very professional and Mr. Akshay, the photographer was extremely patient which put us at ease. The editing was well done too. Definitely recommend it!
