I have been a buying from here from a very longtime usually in the evenings.
But today the rude and pathetic afternoon staff’s behaviour ruined my birthday
Don’t know how to talk to customers or help them either.

I would advise everyone to avoid this store.
When this is the closest one to my house and I’m a regular customer and this is how I get treated, god spare you !

Amazing collection! It WAS one of my personal favourite liquor shops but not anymore!

Incident 2 months back -

After my billing(i did buy beer from them that day) , as I was going through the collection, one of the caretakers just randomly came & very rudely said you are not supposed to check bottles after billing..
And I had questioned why to which he again rudely said - the owner said, no checking after billing.
I had in fact said, i will keep my bag in case you think I am a thief lol but most importantly my question was never answered.

Another tall guy approached & literally made me feel like I am a threat to the shop. It was a terrible experience at that point.

My point us - Was i touching the bottles like I am about to steal? NO. Was i holding any bottle while checking? NO. Was I even with someone trying to juggle any bottle to and fro. NO, i was all by myself. Was the shop extremely crowded that I had a remote chance of stealing - NO, I and one more buyer were the only people there!!

Then why create unnecessary scene & make a customer feel miserable for NO reason??

Am i visiting them again, Hell no! And won't recommend any women buyers too!

Alcohol shop with all variety available, good parking as well. Most of the staff have masks on and they have strict hand sanitising standard as far I can see. Somehow this place always has some offers going around on bulk purchase, so if you are planning a party might be best to buy from here within the locality.

Gud collection and gud customer care thank u staff and they have a huge stock Indian and important once again thank u team❤️
