I visited RK Infotech Systems a month ago to repair my 8-year-old laptop that had a motherboard issue. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, finding 3 to 4 burnt ICs, and repaired them with advanced tools. It's been a month since the repair, and my laptop is working flawlessly without any issues. The owner was professional and approachable throughout the process. I highly recommend RK Infotech Systems for anyone in the Indiranagar area looking for reliable and efficient laptop repair services!

One of the worst person i have come across, charged unnecessarily and destroyed my working laptop when it had only a key issue, even after service its in same condition. When asked to resolve he’s asking extra amount when i have already paid for it, rude behaviour and response. At 1st visit he had very good face and behaviour, just to heist the money. Hope i had saw his behaviour in the 1st sight. Fraud person. Pls don’t get in the trap of this person and end up with same unresolved solution with loss of money time and hope.

This person karunakaran must be jobless and without money. He didn't refund money of a lot of people. Stole computer parts of customer computer too. This person karunakaran didi not refund my 10000 rs deposit. He talked very rudely when I asked him that if he cannot repair my laptop then give back my refund. He must be fired and be jobless. If not, then he must be in jail. I am warning karunakaran that he will be in trouble if money is not returned and it will be your fault. I hope you get all the diseases possible and money both. And go in hell with that money. God bless karunakaran.

I have seen good reviews and gave my laptop for service. He tried (as per him) best to repair but had to give up and replace the board. Almost a week has been spend on repair. Now he ordered mother board and found display not working because mother board was without graphic card. He ordered another mother board with graphic card. Due to courier guys it got delayed and it was 13 days since I handed over the laptop. I went to the office and sat there so he followed up with courier guys and got it delivered by 10Pm on 26th August. I didn't have any other choice than keep hearing that I will deliver tomorrow, tomorrow. He is a nice man as all other reviews says.
May be mine is Exceptional case.  If he would have ordered the mother board initially I would have got it in a week. Using local courier service is bad and should go for a reputed service which hardly cost 100 rupees difference.

Excellent service. I reached out to them at 1030pm since my laptop had stopped working. Karunakaran correctly identified that the issue was most likely on the power cable of the adaptor and sent the cable through courier the next day. Issue with the laptop was resolved extremely quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Very good experience. When I went to other computer service centre's, they dismantled my laptop and started giving some vague explanations. But here I got laptop rectified and I could continue my work from home during lock down. It was indeed a happy moment for me. Thanks for the services.

Technician Mr. Karunakaran is very efficient and committed. He ensured the issue is resolved working hours together for one Laptop.. Very Happy with the service.

Never ever visit this shop. Money minded and very cheap. For the same work demanding money in a different way.Not recommended at all.

Please friends understand what is his motive,  if you go for any problem in laptop he will repair that problem then he will surely do some other problem in your laptop, he is such a fraud,  please dont go finally he tell you buy new laptop,  he will remove all your branded spares and he will install old one in your laptop please don't ever go to their service centre,  please go to a authorised  service centre or some where he is such a fraud,  finally you will spoil your laptop.  Please never do this mistake friends, if you give once then weekly 2times he will make you to come,  its true.... . I promise dont ever try......

He fixed my laptop bug, pateint man and I was doubtful because of the small shop, but did a good job.

These people experts in lappy repairs and they take reasonable price and time to repair it. I went 5 times till now for mine and my friend's lappy for different different issues and they checked the cause and identified the problem within 30mins to 1hr. Normally other people take more than 3 days to identify the problem. I strongly recommend you guys to consider this service center. coz 2 times I called at 9pm on Sunday and he came to office at that time and repaired my lappy. That much dedicated they are. Don't fall for crap reviews here. Try it once u will see the difference compared to other service centers.

A fraud who should be in jail and not running a service shop. He is stealing parts from the laptop, lying about repair times and making up issues which do not exist. Took one month and gave back a laptop with more problems than originally given to him. Kept on making excuses and telling lies every day. Save your money and go somewhere else, do not visit this incompetent fraud

I took my Lenovo Laptop Yoga Series 3 i7 which had a powering problem to K Karunakarn for a possible chip level solution. He was upfront with his initial inspection that he would require 3 days to check.He came back to me  to tell me that it was not pissible to repair my laptop due to failer of the inbuilt processor that could not be segregated for replacement. What I most admire is his knowledge & honesty. Despite my persistence he did not charge me for his services. Whereas Lenovo service centre kept my laptop for a month, where unable to repair & charged me RS 885.

Very bad , wrust,  service center in Bangalore. Don't have knowledge of service. I given to Laptop service for power issue r k infotech and he given to many problem like mother board issue power cable issue, battery issue , old laptop issue,capacitor issue ,IO chip issue,Bios issue etc many thing given after 2 days. he said that your minimum 5500/- and more if want to change the motherboard then minm 15000/- ,whole amount of minimum for service 8500/-. and i deny to service then many thing in my laptop break he doesn't fit hinge and break the hinge and many other problem doing.

However , I requested to all don't give them laptop. He doesn't have manner of how to talk.

Very bad service. Better to go to directly to company stores for repair. This store is not equipped to do laptop repair. No knowledge at all. Also this person is known to have extremely rude behaviour towards customers.

Reliable service, I got my Dell laptop panel changed within no time,  and the charge was quite reasonable.. We plan to hire their service for our office work on regular basis..
