I recently tried the Lemon Grass Fried Rice with prawns at China Bistro and it was absolutely delicious! The combination of lemon grass and prawns gave it a unique and refreshing flavor. China Bistro's hot & sour soup was excellent. It had a perfect balance of spiciness and sourness that was just right. The vegetables were cooked tenderly, yet retained their crunch, making the soup truly flavorful. The presentation was also great - it came in an elegant bowl with garnished with herbs. Highly recommended!
