This behavior detracted from an otherwise well-stocked and inviting store.

No words very affordable and geniune Retailers, I bought my Yamaha PSR E-473 Keyboard at best deal here which no other shop couldn't offer in Bangalore. Highly Recommended if you're looking to buy Yamaha Products since they're authorised dealer of YAMAHA.
No discounts in accessories (Keyboard stand and Bag) but you can get the same online market price(Amazon & Flipkart).

I recently bought a Yamaha CLP645 digital piano from Reynold's Jayanagar and it was an excellent purchase. Really happy with the way John communicated with me throughout the process, and ensured I got the piano well on time. Excellent suggestions whilst I was in the store and everyone was very friendly and provided all the information I needed to take a decision on which model to buy. I definitely recommend Reynold's to anyone interested in buying a Yamaha instrument!

Excellent customer satisfaction and store for guitars, ukeleles, violin and other musical instruments. They also have full sized pianos with bench and they look stunning. I was there to get my acoustic guitar strings replaced with action adjustment and they did it very quickly and well they all seem very professional. Highly recommend for your guitar fixes , accessories if you have any in mind and acoustic guitars both metal and nylon stringed. Etc. 🎸🎸🤘🏻 .... They also have 2 more floors for other instruments which I believe I missed visiting but will visit next time for sure

We visited the store for buying a digital piano. Mr Vinod showed us all the digital pianos, explained the different models and was genuinely helpful. He also allowed my 4 year old son to play the piano. The store itself has good collection of musical instruments including guitars, drums and pianos. In the end, we bought our piano at Reynolds at a good price.

Edit: 28 Oct 2019, This time we bought a Maple drums set based on the recommendations of Malar Selvan sir and Vinod. Reynolds was able to get the drums for us within a short time at a good price. Vinod, in a timely manner helped us with the decision and was instrumental in assembling the same. The sounds of the drums are really good and are much better than the entry level drum set we had. Overall we enjoyed the experience at Reynolds and would definitely visit them again for any of our music needs

Joe at Reynolds gave me a great price for a Yamaha PSR SX700 and a bag for the keyboard too. I was not able to make it to pick up the keyboard on the same day that I purchased it, but Joe was kind enough to deliver it safely with the bill and warranty card. Glad to be a customer and I hope to make a few more visits to the store for a few more purchases. I fully recommend Reynolds Jayanagar for your next music equipment purchase. Keep it up Reynolds.

A must visit store for Music lovers, we have purchased U1J upright acoustic piano recently, very much happy with the guidence suggestion and the value for money of course. Store Manager Joe was very helpful, he quickly arranged the delivery and tuning session too.
