Brought Borosil cold pressed juicer. The staffs are courteous and patient. We may have to do some research and decide on the brand before coming here. They have attractive discounts during festive season. They pick up the phone when called. 3 floors of various brands and kitchenware products. Parking is difficult to find however have a few paid parking with 500m.

Had a wonderful shopping experience at Sarathy Kitchenware, Bangalore. Anjali was extremely patient and attentive. She listened carefully to our requirements and supported us end-to-end throughout the shopping process.
All the staff were very helpful and polite and it was great that they are multilingual which made communication easy. It truly is a one stop destination for kitchenware and the prices are very competitive compared to online platforms.
The team took extra care while packing. Each item was bubble wrapped properly and they even helped us shift everything safely into the car. Excellent service and customer care. Highly recommended!

Every employee is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The owner, Mr. Srinivas, is a gentleman. He treats every customer with a genuine smile. The store offers high quality products that are durable. In fact, many items we have bought more than 15 years ago are still in great shape.

We purchased kitchens and home items in a bulk today at 28th Nov. Items quality are good. They have provided discount as well, and customer experience is great. Recommended to everyone.

Very disappointed with this purchase.
I bought this mixer just 6 months ago and clearly informed the staff that we were taking it to a foreign country. Despite that, they sold us a faulty, broken mixer. This feels like a clever way of cheating customers who won’t be able to return the product easily. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest.

Please don’t sell defective products just for the sake of making money.
I would not recommend this store or this product to anyone.

Sarathy has been my family's neighbourhood home appliance and kitchenware supplier for years. They have a huge collection of steelware, pots and pans, electrical appliances, etc.
Their staff are super helpful and friendly as well. The shop can get really crowded on busy days (it's quite narrow and compact), but I've always been able to find most of what I need here

Had a terrible experience. They are good to you as long as you are spending money. But if you have an issue with an item bought from them which you are entitled to replacement, they behave very badly. It took me 15 mins of arguing that they don't have to pay anything from their pocket...they need to just send the item for inspection to the company. And expecting that they will stand with you coz you are their "valued customer" was a far fetched dream. I had a Bergner kadai that gave way with in 1 month of use and all the above ensued. Lastly, when I finally got a call from the company that they have sent the replacement, the attitude of the Sarathy people was that they are doing a favour to me....made me wait 15 mins and very cold attitude.

Great collection of all you need for your kitchen and more and decent prices. Very helpful staff and the owners. 10/10 - would recommend!

I have been shopping at Sarathy for the past forty yeras.
It is an excellent shop.wide verity,freindly sales attendents and great human relationship.

Went there with a lot of expectations, but extremely rude and arrogant behavior from the he owner and his son. Don't give them business.

We have been searching for a particular brand of stove for days now. Found this store on Google maps and called them fir enquiry, as to whether they have the particular brand's stove, it's different varieties, and whether they have boxed pieces in stock. Everything g was good until we decided which one to buy and asked them to bring the boxed piece of that particular stove.

They brought one piece, it had all sorts a scratches on all directions. Very deep and prominent too. We added them to bring another piece. The store staff went up to bring an other piece (I heard them murmuring that they have 3 pieces including the demo piece). By then the owner called them and informed them to just pack the demo piece. I was following them up and down while all this was happening suspecting something this cheap would happen.

And then, this person,who is  the owner, an aged man and his son had  the audacity to tell my mother "What will happen if it has scratches? Can't you cook if it has scratches? It happens in transport, why can't you buy if it scratches?" I'd like the owner to know that we're are buying things for money, not stones. And it's left to me whether I want buy a particular appliance used or a new one it's self. What you had was not new. It was something like a rejected piece, like left over .  Where do you get so much freedom to speak like that to others. Keep it in your home.

Would you accept if I gave you torn 500rs notes and asked you to just stick them  together, it'd still be 500 rs?

We called on phone so many  times to confirm that you had the said stove in 'n' numbers in stock. And only then decided to come. And after we come there, you do all these antics. You'll go nowhere acting like this.

Sarathy is  afabulous store.We are the customer for 25 years.Charu Latha is very good staff .She attend us with caring and suggest good quality.More over owner and all other staff are so caring quality wise is supreme .There is no comparison for Sarathy.I t is top most stop that I have seen.

Great variety at Sarathy Steel! They have almost everything you need for the kitchen, all in good quality. Really satisfied with the collection.
