I recently visited this service centre to claim the warranty for my watch, and I must say the experience was outstanding. The staff was professional, patient, and handled the issue in the right manner. They waited while I retrieved the necessary purchase details from the e-commerce platform and resolved the issue promptly without any unnecessary delays or loose talk.

What stood out was their clear communication and responsible approach — they took the right action without any hassles. Overall, a very smooth and satisfactory service experience.

However, a small note: there is no visible board at the location, and the centre is situated on the first floor, which makes it a little difficult to find initially.

Highly recommend this service centre for their professionalism and quality of service.

Worst experience with boAt. I raised a warranty claim for my watch (Ticket ID 58073665) on 19th July 2025. On 24th July I received only an empty box instead of a replacement product. Since then, it has been 48+ days, and despite submitting all proofs (unboxing video, images, invoice) multiple times, I have received only copy-paste apology emails with no real action.

Other reputed brands resolve replacements immediately, but here boAt has only wasted my time with false promises like ‘wait 48 hours’ or ‘10 days investigation.’ Still, nothing has been resolved.

This is my first and last time purchasing a boAt product. Extremely disappointed with their customer service feels like a scam. I will never recommend boAt to anyone.

The service was quite good. Sudhakar quickly investigated the problem and I was provided with a replacement. Providing the replacement device might include a little wait time but the communication was very clear from the service agent. Waiting a bit skipped me another trip to the service centre so it was worth it.

Poor Service Experience at Your Center

I recently visited your service center for my Noise ColorFit 6 Pro Max smartwatch. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

The team seemed uninterested in listening to or understanding the problem I was facing. Instead of providing any guidance or solution, I was simply asked to raise an online complaint. This completely defeats the purpose of having a service center, which is meant to support and resolve customer issues.

What stood out most was the lack of professionalism—staff appeared more occupied with personal calls and commitments than with addressing customer concerns. This left me feeling neglected and dissatisfied.

To the management: Please ensure your team is trained not only in technical aspects but also in customer handling. A service center should provide solutions, empathy, and accountability—not inconvenience.

Visited the centre for Nothing Buds malfunctioning, they thoroughly checked and provided replacement for them same in matter of few minutes. Very satisfied with the service and the attendants.

I had given Nothing Phone 1 for repair. The technician delayed the repair, which was not his fault, but he made sure to check every single anomaly with my phone and repaired it in good condition! He also went an extra way ahead to buy new parts for the phone and gave it back it the way it was before. I would definitely come back here for giving my phone for service. The technician was very kind and understanding and explained each and every problem with the phone. Great service on the technician's end.

However, the lady at the desk was extremely impolite and rude over the call and seemed to have no care towards the call. When I personally visited the store, she delayed to call us to the desk and seemed to be engaged in personal phone calls. I also saw her shouting at other customers without reason. Deducting one star, for her unprofessional behaviour.

I visited the service center after calling the previous day to confirm about my model, as I had to travel nearly 13 km. However, upon reaching, I was told that my product isn’t even listed for service. Very disappointing experien

If minus stars were possible, I’d give them here. The service center is a disaster — rude staff, zero professionalism, and no respect for customers. Sudhakar is the worst person to interact with. He makes customers wait unnecessarily and shows no intention to help.
Came with a genuine issue under warranty, and instead of support, I got arrogance. This place doesn’t solve problems — it multiplies them. Noise should seriously reconsider who represents their brand.
