Google shows the shop is open till 9:00 PM, but when I arrived at 7:40 PM it was already closed. Please update the working hours to avoid inconvenience to customers.

Updating this 1 star to notifying the issue. Always a fan IFB product, but not the shop.

I appreciate Krishna, who explained the difference between 6kg capacity of old IFB vs 6kg capacity of current IFB model. As the differences are understood, i choose the right capacity. E-commerce platform doesn't tells these information.

Krishna clarified all questions patiently. He followed up after sales to know the installation status. I liked this approach. Well done Krishna!

Been using IFB washing machine from 2007, now with the new technology coming in, visited the IFB point in Jayanagar 9th block and interacted with Mr Krishna- the store Manager who was kind enough to explain to me the new attributes of the machine.

Bought ifb dishwasher, the sale guy convinced stating even he uses the same dish washer and it works well, but the fact is dishwasher is useless for Indian steel utensils and cookware.

Very good. Sales person krishna helped to clear lot of doubt about the front load washing machine. Also got a welcome kit with detergents woth rs1299 as a bonus for rs299/-. Highly recommend it

The store representatie Mr.Krishna sir is very helpful and understands the needs of the customer first then he guides them to buy the product as per their requirement. He is one the best sales representative I have ever met.

Technician Shashank Gowda came and left the machine in worst condition.Earlier issue was with Cradle Wash not working once water is filled 50%, after that he changed a belt and pipe ,then it stopped working for rinse drain and after that started throwing error for all the cycles. When he was not able to resolve the problem ,he removed and threw water softener provided by IFB and put the blame on water pressure and ran away without even fixing the issue .
They are more interested in blaming the other branches guy instead of resolving problems.

Guys, please stay away from this store as they are not professional and made me to go mad. Booked the washing machine with full payment and committed to deliver next day. Second day also they are fail to deliver. Much much disappointed due to their unprofessionalism. Need to call many persons to get the proper response. I have to cancel my fly ticket as well due to wrong commitment. Plan to approach IFB directly.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I personally visited this place to select the best cook top. I was delighted by the highly helpful executive Mr. Rama who greeted me with a smile and a Namaskar.

Worst company IFB, New washing machine not working , several unskilled technicians came several times and hv not replaced spare parts, they tell they don't HV spare part and indent the same to co. But co.is not providing they told, don't buy ifb product , worst experience

I visited ifb at jayanagar and ,I  happy with the product explain from Syed, he guide me some selected model with the new features .and it's good to see all product at one point and easy to shop everything .
