Visited here to buy realme buds 2. Had a great experience. Friendly staff who can answer all your doubts or queries regarding products. I give this place a 5 star.

I won't prefer giving even a single star. The worst behaviour of staffs and charging the service charge like anywhere.
I gave my phone to change the display glass. Not properly fixed and they gave it to some third party to repair. I have it there because they are having the title of realme there.
Not even responding to the calls even.
Gonna raise the complaint if there's a way for it.

There's the least option I can select 1 Star..the worst behaviour of staff, not even know minimum basics and how to talk with customers, without checking phone he is giving no fault certificate and the reception lady is ready to agree with him.. The worst experience and never seen such rude people in my entire life, I have the whole recording of our conversation don't know how come realme keeps such employees.

I recently purchased the Realme Bluetooth Neckband Wireless 3 from this outlet, and while it works seamlessly with my mobile device, I faced connectivity issues when trying to use it with my Android TV.The neckband pairs successfully with the TV, but unfortunately, there is no audio output. Despite bringing this concern to the attention of the outlet owner, I received no resolution, and it seems the issue remains unresolved.If I had opted for an online purchase, I might have had the convenience of returning the item, but unfortunately, this was not the case with my in-store purchase. This lack of flexibility in returning the product is a significant drawback, and it's a point to consider for future buyers.
