The bed was very comfortable. Good ventilation and sunshine. The staff are courteous and helpful.

Location gets a bit noisy as it’s on the main road.

I faced some issues with water and electricity which was surprising for a hotel that’s so well rated.

Water just stopped while I was in the shower and when I informed the reception, they didn’t show much concern or give any reassurance.

And the next day I faced power cut issues for  which  made things quite inconvenient.

Overall, quite average. Decent enough place if you’re looking to stay for a day or two.

My friend had booked us a room in UR Stay Inn while we attended her son's wedding in Bangalore. This place felt very cozy, clean and comfortable. Not just the wedding hall, a beautiful park & Kalpavriksha restaurant were walkable from here. This spot is close to 2 Metro Stations. Well worth the money. The services very professional. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangalore

An excellent overall experience. The place was clean, the staff were genuinely friendly, and every service worked flawlessly. The hotel also offers dedicated car parking — a major advantage many others don’t provide. The room was perfectly maintained and comfortable, making it suitable for all types of guests.

The experience was really good. I stayed for two days and the rooms were pretty clean. There was complimentary water as well.

Very bad experience! The night-shift receptionist did not allow my family members to enter my room, which was extremely rude and unacceptable. We faced a lot of inconvenience late at night because of their unprofessional behavior. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they improve their staff attitude.

Rooms are best for single person, couples or friends. Location is quite good and easily accessible to transportation. The staff is also very friendly and helpful (especially Mr Khan the manager) he was very helpful and even agreed to extend my stay by a day when I requested. Overall i would rate it 4 out of 5.

The hotel is an absolute scam there will be rooms available but the reception manager rehan will direct you to another hotel which is more expensive and will make money off of it, also they will inform you about rooms not being there at the last moment when you reach the hotel so you will have no choice, and will play with people's vulnerability like this

A budget friendly Luxury hotel, that deserves more recognition
Very clean rooms, the staff were very friendly and guided us very well gave us good insights about the city, as an international traveller, I would say this was more than I expected, luxury at it's finest.
I would also like to thank Mr. Zaid Khan the manager for making sure all our needs were met and helped us till the day I checked out.
I would highly recommend this place for international travellers, thank you very much hotel ur stay inn
