I stayed at Cross Roads Bengaluru for three days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the staff was incredibly polite and generous, very neat and clean, and the overall service was top-notch. They pay attention to every little detail, making sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout your stay.

A special mention to Manas Sir and Gautam Sir for their exceptional management and constant support. Their dedication truly enhances the experience and makes the place feel warm and welcoming.

Overall, a great place to stay in Bengaluru—highly recommended!

This hotel exceeded expectations in every way! The rooms are generously spacious, offering plenty of comfort. Hospitality was outstanding from check-in to check-out.

Very conveniently located near many offices. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Special highlight is the vegitarian restaurant that serves some unique local entrees with authentic taste. The staff is very cooperative - a big thanks to Manas at the reception, Ajay and Jyotiprasad - the security guys for keeping an eye on my vehicle during my stay. Not to forget very good paan from Sarad ! Would love to visit again...

Spacious rooms, top-class hygiene, good food, and a great location. The service was excellent, and the staff were courteous throughout. Special thanks to Mr. Manas and Mr. Gautam at the reception for making the check-in and check-out process seamless, with zero wait time. The best part was that they personally checked whether everything in the room met our expectations and comfort.

We had to change hotels spontaneously and had issues booking online, but the Cross Roads Inn contacted us to help out and completed the booking process for us, so that we could arrive with peace of mind knowing we had a place to stay over.

The service was superb, all employees were very helpful and took well care of us. We also needed to leave luggage behind for 1 day and they did us the favor of storing it until pickup.

The deluxe room is quite spacious. The bathroom setup is rather basic but has everything one needs.

Only aspects that can be improved: a safe in the room, and the loudness of the streets. The windows have only 1 glass layer and you can hear the traffic all the time, starting from 6:30 am. To sleep, one needs some ear isolation.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the staff @manas were very helpful and courteous. The food was delicious, and the location made it easy to get around. Would definitely recommend.

All the services received in the hotel was very nice. The services provided by the staff Manas is really wonderful. Food is also of very high quality and providing is the same as we need.
