I recently tried the Makhlama Beef at Al-Badia Restaurant and it was delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the rich flavors of the dish really impressed me. Al-Badia Restaurant is a great spot to get a tasty Middle Eastern meal. The Kabsa rice is especially good - one of the best I've had. Highly recommend!
