Today I went to the Shell petrol bunk in Koramangala. Earlier something similar had happened to me in HSR Layout.
Today one Assam boy named Nuang (someone told me his name later) was there. I filled petrol for ₹300 and gave him ₹500. He returned ₹200 and added points to my Shell app. After that he said the bill was ₹290. I was standing there waiting, but he did not return the remaining ₹10.
I asked him, “What happened brother? Won’t you return my money?” Then he said, “I already returned ₹200.” I said, “How much was the total?” He said ₹290. I told him, “I gave you ₹500.” After that he went and returned ₹10.
My point is, please brief your staff properly. Why do they behave like this? In front of me, one lady also filled petrol for ₹300, but they did not tell her anything about the app or points. I even asked, “Brother, why don’t you explain about the app?

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Shell petrol pump at Jakkandra, Bangalore, thanks to Rajjak! 😊 He's a standout team member - well-spoken, communicates like a pro, and clearly knows his stuff. He not only fueled my vehicle but also recommended some great products, and I ended up buying a bunch of stuff lol. What really impressed me was his unwavering smile and dedication - he saw me off till I exited the station. Kudos to Rajjak for making my experience so memorable! 👏

This petrol bunk is 24 hours operational. You can have coffee, maggie, tea and snacks at Shell Select. Staff is welcoming and helpful.

Good place to go and have some midnight snacks, but the fuel prices are way higher than other competitors. I would prefer BP and HP rather than shell. People like having tea here which is their choice. I will prefer having tea and snacks from so many stalls and outlets in the city. They are just promoting foreign culture and I am not interested.

Is a wrost petrol bunk The car had low air. When asked to refill the air, they said take the car and come back. I took it and came back in a minute. The shop is still about to close. They have simply put up a board saying 24 hours. All services should be provided properly. The correct time is 10:00, but when you ask, they say no one is there. If you make a request, then the watchman will be there, and he is a trouble for my son.

This is my one step destination for putting fuel in my vehicle.  Quality is very good and sometimes they have offer in changing engine oil. I have got 2 litre of petrol while changing engine oil.

Filled the expensive 116 rs/L petrol full tank here for my 430+km ride. Sad part is that got only 20 kmpl mileage instead of 33kmpl that I usually get on my xtreme 160r. Something is off about this place. Read the reviews and people have felt the same.

Unfortunately they only have one attendant to service the whole station... and there are many vehicles queuing at 23:30 🤷‍♂️

Very nice petrol pump.
Very courteous and humble staffs like all other shell petrol pumps.
Normal petrol fuel and VPower is available.
Shell fuel is always a class apart compared to other fuels .
Oil change is available here and it's done for free .
Pastries and chocolates are also available here .

Shell is a private company that has been in Indian gas market for quite a time now.
It's open 24×7.
Cleanliness is being followed and they sanitize the place twice or thrice in 24hours.
Vehicle maintenance and vehicle servicing is provided here.
You can get snacks,drinks(soft and 0%alcohol beer),juice, chocolates and one of the most important cigarettes at MRP even amidst this lockdown.
Employee are very professional and we'll mannered.
Just the gas prices are little bit high like if you get petrol @96/lit outside,you will have to pay 3-4rs extra at shell and same for diesel too.

It's nice petrol bunk, they have parking facility for bikes and air filling machine which will work for both nike and car. There is a small store in the petrol bunk, travellers can pick up quick snacks, and vehicle related things from there. The service is extremely nice and the place is kept really clean. There is Canara Bank atm right opposite to the it. They accept both card and cash. In cases of emergency you can also pay using Google pay or phone pay.

Worst bunk ever i have experienced i have filled fuel in my bike couple of times that too at night times , they ask us to step out of bike while filling fuel, the meter shows price and quantity of fuel according but i didn't get filled with the respective quantity they show on screen last night around 2 AM I filled 200/- petrol from this bunk but they did scam like they filled fuel, the meter from the bunk showed the fuel quantity as 1.5 leter, i thought my bike tank meter will be updated later just after going for 30km my bike stopped for which my bike givee 60km per litre. This is the second time i experienced this in Bangalore from the same franchise

Don’t fall for their upselling. The petrol pump service guys will insist that we buy premium fuel but the matter of the fact is if you are driving a regular vehicle and not a super car or bike, you don’t need premium fuel as it will hardly be utilised properly by your engine.

Open 24 by 7 and very convenient at night to buy eatables and snacks, really good petrol pump and even to hangout with friends at night. The Shell petrol quality is also good and they refill air as well

One of the worst petrol pump over here not even letting the car to park for but letting bike. And if we try to talk there’s no response.

24 hours which is very useful for travelers and Cafe service also available. But price of fuel is little bit higher than from normal other brands.
